Everything is easy to understand

For my 4 month experience happy with otto

Just started 4 weeks ago so cant say much but i wasnt informed very much about agency. Slogan that they care of their own appeared to be meaningless since my first coordinator never responds to messages and ignored almost all calls. There was a week with no work and 1 time transport didnt showed up and 0 explanation from that same coordinator. Week that i didnt work i need to pay 264 and change.. 159 for accomodation rest is mysterious extra charge.. Same coordinator of course ignored questions about that agency haven't explained said deposit or something like that.. Bill has no words just numbers. Accomodation first was decent in kafra had gym. Now in new place new coordinator and he is finally solid person who does his job well but accomodation now is poor have rules like 22:00-08:00 no noise hours but people drink, probably use stimulants and stay all night being load,. All night every night so far even in monday, tuesday... Complaining almost daily to guy in charge of accomodation complex but he doesnt do anything so whats the point of rules then?

I like that many things regarding the work are already done by the agency. What I truly dislike is the amount of money they are taking from each week. It is abnormal and the time we have to work just to get overtime bonuses (we don't get any because everything is taken by Otto). I recommend people to go around the Otto and work straight for the companies the want to work for.

Edit: adding the last line; also the reply by Otto is the most neutral reply they could write without doing anything about it. Truly a wonderful company (I'm being sarcastic just for your information)

During my first month at work, my experience has been very positive the team has been friendly respectful and helpful and the working environment has been comfortable, overall i am happy with this opportunity and i hope to continue in the future.

Happy with OTTO workforce agency I’m working with. I started 4 weeks ago and I am happy. The accommodation they offered it’s like a 3 star hotel, with leisure facilities like ping pong, gym etc included. They offered me a decent job to kick start and they’ve been supportive all along. They are professional, serious company, so definitely would recommend it. As long as you also are a serious person, not trying to get sick every week, do drugs and you are a responsible person, they will appreciate you.

I have been working with OTTO for approximately seven months, and my experience has been extremely positive. I am very satisfied with the accommodation provided and with the professional way in which everything is organised.

My overtime hours are paid correctly, and whenever any issues or irregularities arise at the workplace, the OTTO team takes them seriously and actively communicates with the employer to help resolve the situation. Every time I have needed support, they have listened to me, treated me with understanding and helped me find a solution.

I truly appreciate their professionalism, reliability and involvement. I am very happy with our collaboration and would definitely like to continue working with OTTO in the future.

The working is going good. You can receive more hours of work, if this is your targhet. You have housing pretty decent, but the organization is the reason i give 4 out of 5 stars. Planning and transport, and moving to a new house...sometimes can be really bad planned. But the people behind of all of this, are really good people who deserve respect and we have to understand that not everything can go as planned, all the time!
To dont foghet to mention that when u have a problem, people will understand you, and they are willing to help!

I ve been working for Otto for 3 months now.
To get to work is almost 1 hour ( of course, to go back to the accomodation another 1 hour).
I ve seen people with 1 month working they moved to a close accomodation. I d like also to move.
My Room doesn't have ventilation, is very hot, almost impossible to sleep.

Great future

I like work and work stuff my work colegs is nice and good People i like my work term

A mess in every way possible. The timetables are always wrong and late, the housing program is lacking and again, messy, and the standard response by the helpdesk is "We don't have power over that" or "Yes" (Just before ignoring)

The job is really good, also very quick to learn.
