I've used - and loved - Nivea Soft for decades. As many others are pointing out, now the formula has changed and it's awful; leaves a white cast that seems to suck all moisture out of the skin to leave it drier, duller and more uncomfortable than before. Beautiful scent has also vanished. Not convinced Beiersdorf did any consumer testing on this one... Time to find something new!

I have been applying Nivea q10 body lotion after a shower, I have used this cream for 6 months, my skin has improved, very soft. I use q10 day cream and night cream too, I can definitely see the results. The cream is financially affordable and worth the effort.
Apply on damp skin for a better results.

Bought Nivea uv face sensitive sfp 50 . £9 .its 40ml now instead of 50 ml but same price or a pound more ! Not sure. But the point is ....getting less for the money . Its a rip off . Toothpast went that way aswell .

I am very disappointed with the revised Nivea Soft product.

It feels like a cheap hotel moisturiser and has lost its distinctive fragrance.

If there is any way I can purchase the original please let me know.

I've loved NIVEA Soft for years because it absorbed instantly and left my skin feeling soft, hydrated and smooth without any greasy feeling. The new vegan formula doesn't absorb the same and sits on my skin instead. Please consider bringing back the original formula or releasing it as a 'Classic' version. Many loyal customers miss it. and if can't change like still do both

Nivea sun protect &dry touch. When putting the first application on is fine and dries in great. It’s when you come to apply additional applications after sun exposure is when the issue happens. Sat in the sun for an hour or so then went in the pool came out dried off. Putt the above spray application on and went to spread it in across the area when a layer of skin flaked off and did this to all areas. This is the only experience of this we have ever come across. Family and kids using a cream
And all seems to be ok with them.

I got the NIVEA sunscreen and it was perfect until it finished and there was a new formula in shops and it turned my skin purple which the old one didn’t

I have used Nivea sun cream for many years. Love the familiar smell and feel on the skin. Just bought a new bottle of my usual Factor 30 which now says it is “Fast absorbing without sticky skin feel”. It no longer has the usual lovely Nivea smell and feels really sticky which it never did before. Why do companies insist on trying to fix things that weren’t broken in the first place and make them worse?. So disappointed with Nivea I will look for a diffent make in future.

Why did you discontinue Nivea Lotion light moisturising & cleansing, non- greasy for normal skin. I have used this for many years as it’s light and fells fresh. I have now tried all your other products and they are too heavy for my skin. Leaving my skin irritated with bumps and sticky and a tacky feel. I am so disappointed in Nivea, you have lost a loyal customer. Please bring it back and stop changing formulas. Bring the old ones back.

I have been using Nivea soft cream for years. I have sensitive skin especially on my face. I am honestly so upset that Nivea have changed it to this awful new vegan formula that leaves my skin feeling tight and irritated. I find it unbelievable that they would ruin such a wonderful product and clearly they have no interest in listening to their customers so I shall never purchase from Nivea again.

I purchased Nivea lip oil..oil ik ok..but the tube is leaking constantly...disaster in my expensive hand bag 👜!

This cream has left my skin with a red pimple like rash on my face. I have used nivea for years. WHY have you changed th formular ?!!!!!! I now need to find a new face cream. Terrible terrible decision Nivea.

I have used Nivea Sensitive Face Wash (made in Italy) for many years as it didn't sting my eyes. Now it is made in Poland and is thinner and runnier than before and irritates my eyes. Bugger!!

do NOT buy nivea suncream!! it is rubbish, i am in turkey right now and i have become extremely burnt and it doesn’t protect your skin whatsoever been reapplying each hour too, never buying from nivea again 😡😡

The new Vegan Nivea Soft cream is awful. I have been using the original for most of my adult life - decades! - and I am so disappointed. Why???

Nivea repair and care before was great, but the recent modified one is not good at all, it darkens

I've used Nivea Soft for a long number of years... about 20.....and it's always been excellent until now. They've created a "vegan" product and it's absolutely abysmal. Totally abysmal. Gone is the silky cream and it's now a watery gloop that has absolutely no substance and no moisturising ability. After applying to my face I feel like my skin is tacky and tight.... it's AWFUL

Unfortunately I have bought a huge tub of this before I noticed the "vegan" and "new formula". A complete waste of money as it's going in the bin. And from the reviews I'm not the only customer they're losing

What another load of over priced rubbish.

New formula for skin firming lotion so inferior to original, and does not work. Doesn't even smell as pleasant. Have used original for years and hawked it's value. Would never recommend this new version.

Having used Nivea moisturising cream on my face and hands daily for years I was very disappointed when I came to use their new Vegan “Inproved” brand.

The first thing I noticed was how it applied, it had a very sticky and tacky feeling that dried on the skin rather than absorb into it. Very quickly after application however I would feel a tingling and then my skin would start to burn, resulting in me having an allergic reaction and having to rinse it off. I tried it again a week later to see if it was definately the product and it happened again and apparently this has happened to others too.

I’ve tried to find the original but no where seems to stock it any longer. I purchased one on line which was advertised as the old packaging but turned out to be the Vegan brand again.

So now I left with 2 x 500ml pots I cannot use.

I’ve tried calling Nivea but it connects you, then after you’ve gone through the options just rings and rings.

I think they will be losing a lot of customers as it’s not the only product they’ve changed and so many people who have used their products for years have been left UNHAPPY & VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.
