Dreadful and inefficient company. Their staff especially housing officers have inadequate knowledge and no empathy with their tenants. Ours in particular is unapproachable and intimidating.

I purchased a double dormeo mattress in July 2020. In early August 2021 I e mailed to say I wasn't satisfied with the quality which had gone deteriorated over the 12 months period. I was told the guarantee had expired after 12 months. The mattress was just over 12 months old. And I was Extremely disappointed at ideal worlds response. There was no apology or contact with myself apart from telling me the guarantee was now finished. Surely a decent mattress should last longer than this.

Just returned from the sunlight bahia principe Teneriffe. This is a beautiful if old hotel. The staff are excellent as is the food. The hotel is slightly remote but buses and taxis are easily available highly recommend. M & T Mcaber

I recently purchased pan support rubbers from Partmaster as stated by their website a set of four for £4.71 plus postage plus v.a.t. Upon receipt I found that I had received 1 rubber (not 4 as stated on web site) at a total cost of over £10. When I contacted them they stated that the price was for one but their web site still says the price is four. They need to amend their website to avoid this happening again
