If you purchased using PayPal, report it and open a case in resolution center. If the company you purchased from emails you directly rather than through the PayPal site, keep all correspondence. You will be able to use this in your favour to get a refund. Scam companies need reporting to the payment companies such as PayPal and your bank. Often operating from places like China.

The product was not as described.The quality of the leather in the sandals was dreadful, more like PVC. I have requested about four times now for details of returns but my emails are ignored. No customer service at all.

You sent me the wrong size. I let you know via the same email I received from you informing my package had been delivered. You asked for visual proof. I sent you the packaging details - which showed the size I ordered, but I also sent you a picture proving the bra in the package was the wrong size. That was July 29th. It has been 3 weeks and I have received no response from you. At this point, I prefer a refund rather than you sending the correct size.

Don't waste your money. Not as they described in their advertising
Cheap, tacky and I'm sure that they would not be safe for the elderly to walk in. I know I will not be walking in the sandals I've recieved

This company is a total fraud and should be ashamed of their misrepresentation and dishonesty. The product delivered is nothing like the product they claimed they were selling and sending. The sandals I received on order #28791 were not usable because they were of such poor quality. This was deliberate deception and disgraceful behavior and conscious theft.

I ordered wrong size sandal so they said pay £15 tell them right size and tgey will send right size. I did this and they send wrong size again and say pay £15 and they send right size! What a scam...DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

I placed an order but didn't think it went through so I waited several days and placed another order for 1 product instead of 2 from my first order. When I received an email that the first order was placed,I responded to cancel the second order.
Instead, NEXO processed both orders. I texted to cancel both because a co-workers said she ordered the product and it didn't work as advertised. I decided to return both orders and emailed your staff. The letter from them was very cordial and told me to prepare 5 steps to return the order, which I followed.
The instructions were to use my name as recipient and choose my courier and send the tracking information. They did say my refund would be sent to me once it was received in China. China for God's sake!! Not only is it ridiculous that I would return a product to China, but there was no address for a Chinese address. I
went to UPS and we returned it to the only address listed on both packages. After I sent the tracking information, I was told NEXO needed confirmation it was received at their office. So, I went back to UPS for a Tracking report only to discover there was no such company listed on the address we sent it to and they were returning it to UPS where I sent it.
This is unacceptable and a total rip off!! So, not only have I lost $119.99+ $79.99 for product and $37.36 for shipping, but I didn't get any refund. I will never order on this website again and never from this fraudulent company if I don'[t get a favorable outcome. READER BEWARE!!!

If you read the reviews and you are from the UK - if they do send you a return slip, it will cost you £25-00 to return so sadly will be writing off the £32-00

Awful shoes, substandard plastic material, out of shape and unwearable. Will not be returning them as it costs £25 and the shoes were £32. Don’t hold out much hope of receiving any refund at all. CUSTOMERS BEWARE of spending your hard earned cash with NEXO7, you will be conned.

I ordered two pairs of shoes. I was so disappointed. The sole is hard and has an odor. The upper is far too big and made of very poor-quality plastic. There was no option to return them, and when I wrote to the company, I received no reply. Shipping took a very long time. A really bad experience.

jeg bestilte to par sko, og hvor blev jeg skuffet. Sålen er hård og den lugter. overdelen er alt for stor og er lavet af meget dårligt plastik. Der manglede returmulighed og da jeg skrev, fik jeg ikke svar. Forsendelse var meget længe om at ankomme. Rigtig dårlig oplevelse.

Very deceiving it’s more scamming people quality 0/10, size nowhere nearer a 7 very poorly made and no returns address smelly sandals not even worth to give to charity. I wish no more customers can fall for this scam. I ve lost my money. What’s on picture is very different and nowhere nearer what I ve received. I will throw them in the bin.

Wanted a full refund...but you had to return to China at ones own cost..in the end settled for a 50% refund plus I can keep the sandles ..which I will give away ...when in contact with the outlet one deals with AI ...beware when dealing with this site products are not as advertised

Just a heads up ladies, ive just seen Nexo7 selling bras recommended by a gynaecologist in Canada, although i dont know what a gynaecologist got to do with the upper body. Hope no one gets taken in by them like I was with those fake "orthopaedic" sandals. The firm seems to operate under lots of different names,The one they used on my credit card was Top Leader. Looks as if they are having a booming time ripping off people, hope they go bust one day

Ordered sandals that were nothing like the online photo when they arrived They are not the leather they state but a cheap shiny plastic looking I ordered in navy only to discover that the fastening velcro is in white !! As they are a very small fit the fastening straps hardly reach the velcro Cost was going to be £25 to return a £32 layout and postage not recoverable As I was far from certain that they would be refunded I was not prepared to loose £57 pounds in total so I am now left with a useless pair of sandals I can't get on my feet

Well these are certainly not the sandals advertised, and for £32.00 (50% off) they are just a joke. £10.00 perhaps but nothing more. Beware,
this is a Chinese firm, although it looks as though it is Canadian. Just a big scam. Sick as a pig that I bought the sandals. (Wouldn't care,the sandals are the right size,but are extremely baggy).

I agree completely with all the previous reviews and just wish I had read them before ordering what was described as sandals with orthotic soles. They didn’t have a size on the actual sandal just a stick on label and they were at least 2 or 3 sizes smaller, cheap plastic, thin soles, total rubbish . I was offered the 2 options for return but rather than paying postage to Hangzhou in China (!), I opted for the 50% refund which I have now received . Obviously a scam so AVOID this company!

If I could give a minus star I would. The sandals were of very inferior material. I complained to the company, they asked for photos which I supplied. They then made me 2 offers. Option 1. I could keep the sandals and dispose of them as I wished for 100% refund of the money paid.
Option 2. They would send me completely new sandals. I opted for Option 1. Consequently they have refused to honour the deal. They keep insisting that I send back the 2 pairs of sandals at my expense. This they estimate would cost me $23 each pair postage plus customs charges at the Chinese’s end. In all it would cost me a considerable sum of money and would get very little back. They constantly ask for the sandals to be sent back and then they would consider refunding my money. I have reported them to Scam Watch in Australia, next steps will be to report them to Visa and Master Card, PayPal and then the Chinese Embassy. Why the Chinese Embasy? Because the address given by them, is in China. Wish me luck with the campaign. If you have similar problems, join me in bringing this underhand dealings to light and without a satisfactory resolution the end of the company.

Absolute rubbish! DO NOT BE FOOLED LIKE ME. I paid £39.99 believing the advert on Facebook.
They took ages to come in the post, when they arrived they are made of the cheapest material possible. Awful sole, buckles and sizing.
I have emailed them, my complaint but doubt I will get a refund.
