I use this product regular for nerve induced foot pain and find it very helpful. It is gently soothing and does help to alleviate sharp pain. Its a natural product and I like it very much. No it's not a complete remedy and doesn't pretend to be but it certainly helps a lot. Delivered quickly and efficiently.

I have religiously used the product twice daily for over a month but disappointingly no results, there can’t be a better scam

When l rub cream left hip to leg feetI feel rise heat. To relieve suit for sleep to rest. Morning l rub skin hip to leg because walk around l feel raise heat. Still not normal yet . Wait and see future.

Bought this supposed ‘ wonder cream ‘ I should have known better !! Zero difference to my neurological pain. Absolutely waste of my time & money. I think the reviews that I saw on their website are ‘ paid for ‘ reviews. Be warned. If it reads too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true. Customer service is so so. Oh. Btw, ‘ no questions asked ‘ not strictly kosher !!

I ordered and paid for an order I placed early March 2026 and more than 8 weeks later have still not received. Have been liaising with Customer Support who responded to some emails and then when I asked for a reshipment or refund have not heard back from them. Not sure what to do next as I have also chased up with Australia Post. I guess I have simply lost my money. Please be careful when placing an order with this Company.

I paid for 2 jars (+ received 1 free). The product did 'nothing' to relieve my burning feet. (maybe it does work for other people - but not me). I hadn't opened 2 jars (still in plastic wrap) so asked for a refund within my specified time - they only refunded $ for 'one' jar. I now have 2 jars if anyone wants them for half price.

Received my cream, found container to be half full, very disappointed!

We ordered product from this website. It was charged and paid for yet they said there was no record of the order even after order# tracking info & credit card payment was sent to them. Be careful purchasing.

Arrived promptly but does NOT make any difference to neuropathy. Might as well just use any cream to keep feet soft. Useless for neuropathy

MIRA.... This cream is very very good, it does help with neuropathy pain and knee pain, although it has not fully removed the pain it has made it bearable and I am able to sleep a lot better, and walk a lot better and longer, I've only been using it a week so let's see what happens, highly recommend

I believe this company is a scam. They have told me that my parcel is with Yodel, but Yodel have no knowledge of the parcel. I have asked for a refund, but all they say is keep checking the tracking details, but Yodel know nothing of this. Does anyone have any idea how to prosecute this company.

Absolute garbage, delivery by snail

I paid $51 AUD on the third of March for their cream, have not received and confirmation of payment although they've taken it from my Credit Card account. No tracking and receipt.
I've sent three messages to them Via their contact box and no response. Think I've been duped.

The boxed product arrived empty. £31.00 paid and no product arrived. Disappointed and scammed.

Scam scam scam!

Bought 1 jar. It arrived with a broken lid and some of its contents in the box. It cost £27. I was refunded £8.10p. Why wasn't I refunded the total amount? Dreadful customer service!!!!!!

I paid £27 for a small jar of Mira. It took weeks to arrive and when it did the jar was not full. It states on the label made in P.O.C. presumably the Peoples Republic of China. It made no difference to my foot condition. I'm not saying that it's no good but it didn't work for me sadly. I only wish it had.
