The operative arrived at my house well inside the time frame, Paul was very knowledgeable about his work, was polite and checked everything before cleaning up and removing all the waste, he is a credit to the mira shower brand, thank you.

I bought Mira organics pain relief cream and found it reasonably good so ordered another one on Amazon. The ingredients list is far removed from the original one and the spelling is atrocious. I have not opened the original see-through packaging but it looks a cheap substitution for what I got originally

Using this pain and relief cream for the last month, I have found a marked improvement in foot pain relief and use it morning and evening, as far as supply issues I have never had a problem, ordering via Amazon seem to work fine, hence a mark of 4 stars is fairer than a perfect 5.

Very frustrated with their web page - ‘spring offers’ & ‘black Friday’ reduced price 😡
One offer said £16 with free postage but you try to get that at checkout 😡
I’ll use the many other sites which all offer cheaper than £16 anyway 😁

Very slow shipping- if they do ship it. After a week, their tracking still stated not sent yet. I emailed them and they said it had just shipped! I checked the tracking and it stated it was still at their hong kong shipping area would be delivered in 7-14 days.

Very disappointed with Mira Organics.

They advertise a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, which gives customers the impression that if the product doesn’t work, they can return it easily. Unfortunately, that is NOT what happens.

I placed one single order of 4 jars. I only tested one jar briefly, and the other three jars were completely unopened and unused. When I contacted them to return the items, they made the process difficult and confusing, and did not honor the guarantee the way it is clearly advertised.

Instead of standing behind their product, they made it feel like they were trying to avoid issuing a refund.

This experience felt misleading and extremely frustrating. I would not recommend buying from this company if you expect honest and straightforward customer service.

I cant share a photo or share my thoughts on the product because I simply didn’t receive it.
I paid for my product and have made contact with staff on email and messenger but still I NEVER got accurate tracking not once since November 14. I constantly asked for updated tracking and got cut and paste replies and nothing accurate
I asked for a refund as my order seems to be lost in transit … we are now travelling and cannot wait or have it forwarded anywhere and I was told I was still told no refund .

Be wary !!!

This company is a sham . Never received my order. They put the wrong address on it. I emailed their customer service 3times but they never replied. Their email said it was dispatched on November 22nd but it is now December 8th and still no package. Customer service have sent no response at all.

So far everything is going smooth. I love using the evening baum and the chanvre for the day.

Excellent products, quick delivery and carefully packaged. I bought a varied range of products, so far I am so impressed. Prices are so good. Highly recommend!

Great products for quite a reasonable price. Though, shipping outside of France can get quite pricey.
Often the bottles of their serum state that you should use a whole pipette per use, but I find half works just as great and the product lasts longer. I highly recommend
