We had been let down by previous…
We had been let down by previous Decorater , who came and did one room , and a we tidy up in kitchen, we had the full house Rewired all the mess that caused , Trevor took a look around the house and then said yes I can do this before I go on holiday , that feeling was great , then we worried he may have taken on more than he realised, , We needn’t have worried Trevor just got on with it he was very reassuring was brilliant at doing his job made it look easy ,couldn’t see patched plaster areas were the cables were laid , I can’t speak highly enough about Trevor he knows his stuff and gets on with it with a smile , we opted to have everywhere painted due to time restrictions, he has turned our house from a building site into a home can’t wait to get carpets down everywhere new suite ect ,Trevor just does what saids on the tin , he’s starts at 8 am and gets on with it , Thank you Trevor , if you get Trevor then you don’t need to worry ,

Exterior painting work 2 1/2 days
The tradesman quotrd a price we agreed on it, he turned on time over the three days, the third was only finishing work. The quality of the work looked very good, He would be my first choice for future jobs.

It’s a really straightforward process
It’s a really straightforward process. It takes the legwork out of having to source a contractor. I have now used my builder about seven times. Have always had a positive experience, even ended up becoming really good friends and going to the wedding of one of the contractors we hired!

Great way to hire a painter and decorator. It was a straightforward task to set up my job, and I received plenty of responses to choose between. The decorator I went with was reliable, communicative and did a great job. Great service all round, and a great price. Recommended.

Provided numerous choices, giving distance from home, review numbers. Allowed to pick up to 10 contractors. Only a small job, but chose 1 (with good quote) first day. Completed in 2 days.

I was contacted very quickly by traders able to do my job, they came very quickly to see my requirements and were all excellent in what they offered.
MyBuilder also followed up that I had found a tradesperson for my job and that I was satisfied with them

We are really sorry to hear that you feel our site hasn’t worked well for you as a tradesperson.
Rather than charging joining and ongoing membership fees as most other websites would, we charge tradespeople a relatively small fee each time they are shortlisted by a customer and contact details are exchanged. We can't guarantee that every shortlist will result in a won job, but to balance things out we keep fees as low as possible so more is made from the site than spent with us over a period of time. As we do not charge subscription fees, tradespeople are always in complete control of which jobs they wish to quote for.
