I bought a few games 10 days ago. I couldn't reveal my key so I contacted support immediately. They told me my order was put on hold and asked me a bunch of questions that I think are unnecessary, but I answered them anyway

But since then they've been ghosting me. It's been a WEEK with no reply at all. My order is still on hold, no keys delivered, no refund, my money lost. I'm contacting my bank to do a chargeback. Avoid buying from them if you don't want to be scammed

I bought a key for LEGO Batman Trilogy, order says "COMPLETE" , went to reveal the key and every time I press it says "please try again later". I tried multiple browsers, multiple devices. I emailed support and received a probably ai generated response "Hello. I can see in our system that you were able to successfully redeem your key. We remain available if you have any questions. 2GAME appreciates your contact!". I literally sent them a screenshot of the key not revealing before this. Even if I was lying and I already used the key, the fact that I cannot see the key on my account would still be a problem, like you can on any other key site even after redeeming it. 2 days in a row the reveal button is not working at all. I expect a reply from an actual human on Monday so I can reveal the key. I DON'T WANT A REFUND right now, I want the key for an order that already says COMPLETE. I will come back with an update once I get an actual response.
Edit: They said that they'll ask the developers for the key and give it to me yesterday, today I get an email saying they'll refund me since the game is out of stock. They are quite literally lying to my face, the game is very clearly in stock, at the 50 dollar price tag instead of the 5 I paid.

i bought minecraft for 20 euros, but it was the x-box version which was not shown anywhere until I claimed the key (which normally voids their refund policy) spend hours wondering why and trying to figure it out but they did end up emailing me about a refund in the next 2 days after emailing them, just make sure that the game is actually on the platform it displays (if they EVEN tell you) or you will have to go through customer support like me to get it resolved so i would still hesitate buying from here if it is not a big price difference for other sites, the website should be more transparent on what version or what the key is for (Which they already have like it had steam on it but didn't use the correct one leading to this whole ordeal)

TL;DR: It took me two weeks to get the game I paid for.

So, I bought a game and received a message saying there was a problem with my order or something, so I had to contact support. I did, and it took about a day for them to respond. They told me that the game I bought was no longer available, so they had already issued a refund on their side and that I just needed to wait a few business days.

Almost two weeks passed, and I still hadn’t received the refund, so I contacted them again. This time, they said they weren’t able to process the refund for some reason, so they offered to either give me the game I originally bought or let me choose another game with the same price.

Obviously, I chose to get the game I initially paid for. So yeah, the site is legit, but god, the experience was awful.

Bought Control Ultimate Edition for pennies with PayPal. After the purchase it did the 'oops, contact the support', but when I reloaded the 'my orders and keys' then I got the steam code. So, no biggie, but I mean for some people that might be a turn off.

I had an issue with a game purchase here, but it was resolved satisfactorily and I’m very happy with the outcome. If you run into any problems, just contact support—they respond quite quickly. Based on my experience, I would recommend this store. You should give it a try; many games here are also very affordable.

Unfortunately I will have to write a negative review because of my experience, I recommend instead of making your support responses all ai, you have humans. Only 3 of my 8 keys I purchased worked, the rest of my keys wouldn’t let me redeem them and it said to “contact support as there is an issue with the order” the problem is you’ll only get an ai response with a fix to your issue that doesn’t make sense.

I contacted support and they said I would manually get sent my keys, however when I said if I could receive them manually I received no response and my ticket was rudely closed.

Bought the game look outside, not only was it cheaper than anywhere else but i also was able to immediately redeem the steam key.

I bought mhrise + sunbreak delivery was instant i'll edit this review if i receive some kind of error (i already activated the product)

Fast, simple, works and great prices

After payment, the CD key was not delivered immediately.
And you need to contact support as well.
It takes a lot of time.
The shopping experience is extremely poor.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. 2game explicitly advertises "Instant Delivery" on their website, which is why I chose to purchase Pragmata here to enjoy over the weekend.

However, after completing the payment, I did not receive my CD key. I have been waiting for over 5 hours now, and despite reaching out to their support team immediately, I have received zero response.

It is incredibly frustrating to spend your holiday time constantly checking your email instead of playing the game you paid for. Their "Instant Delivery" claim is completely misleading, and their customer service is non-existent. I am still waiting for my key or at least a simple acknowledgment from their team.

Happy purchasing so far, recently got issue but support team quickly handle the issue for me.

They so much helpful. Helping me as much as they can. If anyone have a problem just contact support and they'll help you.

I pre-ordered this game yesterday and still haven’t received my key. This is honestly ridiculous.

Your support team keeps sending the same copy-paste responses over and over again without actually addressing the issue. It feels like you’re not even reading what I’m saying.

Other websites have already delivered their keys, so what exactly is 2Game doing? Why are you holding back the keys from customers who already paid?

This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I expect a proper explanation and an immediate update — not another generic reply.

Ordered a key and got "Contact Support" instead of letting me see my keys.

Support have been messing me around even though it says "Order conformed" they are not giving my key...

They have ghosted me and this has been on going for about 4-5 months.

Do not buy from this platform or at least be ready with charge backs.

I got my key within seconds, I couldn't rate my experience anymore higher. With other sites I usually have high anxiety that I'll get scammed, as I have before. But I was pleasantly surprised by this. Thanks!

They don't send me a key!

After contacted the support, they leave me hanged with just a "Your request has been received and is being reviewed".

No further response, No answer and No key.
