I did not receive my Voucher for order…

I did not receive my Voucher for order XEUETWAIT
I sent a message and an email and got no response at all despite me getting a confirmation email and my order status being marked as Payment Confirmed.
Update: it was fixed and I recieved my voucher. Support was helpful.

Late delivery

I ordered and paid for a voucher but did not receive. I only got a mail that the order has been received under nr KBFUWZHSK but that was the last I heard. I have send a message several times but no reaction. In my account the status still is payment accepted. Strange that there is no reply whatsoever. My previous orders went okay but now it looks like a scam. After placing this review the voucher was delivered.

We sent our first reply on the 7 April 2025 12:04.
Customer wanted a refund and we proposed a refund on the 7 april 2025 at 18:48.
In 6 hours and 44 minutes, we have exchanged 5 emails back and forth and we proposed a refund.
Obviously, that's not fast enough for him.
Customer has been refunded

Do not purchase any vouchers from this site.

I bought 5 vouchers and activated them.

A couple days later the accounts was showing expired and stopped working.

You have been warned several times that we were not allowed to sell vouchers to you as you are reselling them on the black market. Our supplier doesn't not allow us to sell to flippers and some litigious profile.

Bought a voucher on Thursday 29th of…

Bought a voucher on Thursday 29th of June and still didn't receive a voucher code. Sent them messages about this and still no reaction. The status mentioned that it is delivered but nothing has been delivered.

24 instant payment won’t go through

Western union won’t allow the payments to go to 24 instant. A reseller for real-debrid service. They returned the funds, due to company policy violation. I suggest you not go through 24 instant until the problem is resolved. If this becomes resolved for me, I will update my review. YouTube has posted that credit card companies and certain agencies are stopping payments to foreign countries such as the European. Take heed now. These companies are responsible for finding ways to accommodate their customers. Ip service providers in the USA, Canada, EU, are stopping certain ip addresses, also payments.

We are sorry but we can't accept Western Union anymore as they are not reliable for our customer to transfer money to us. Most of the time customer payment gets cancelled and payment cannot be picked up.
