Great Delivery - poor timing for Mug gift !

Again - delivery to rural BOP was virtually the next day.
that's a hard act to follow.
Was disappointed that now you are offering a Beer mug as a gift. I actually ordered my last delivery so that i would not run out during the father day weekend.
oh well next time perhaps. Cheers

Ive never had a problem with this firm

Ive never had a problem with this firm. This time a temp. controller was faulty. One of those things. No questions asked an amazing person on the phone (lady) sent new one urgently and a courier sticker for the faulty return. I encourage you not to read the faulty part..it happens but to read the ex service. I am 94 brews now win my Williams Warn system. very happy
