Little bit of magic
Ive been taking the mushroom elixir for few months now.i have chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia this i will not say is a cure all but... i can continue on with my day where i used to just sit down defeated from pain/tiredness.its something i will continue to take and also tell anyone i think could benefit about it.

Despite Black Gold Elixir saying they…
Despite Black Gold Elixir saying they were 'on' to my complaint, don't send multiple emails and they would get back to me in 24-48 hours this did not happen. I had no response until I put this review on Trust Pilot. They still cannot show me where I signed up for a subscription or were willing to cancel the order as soon as I saw they were 'preparing' another shipment and immediately told them not to. I have checked spam etc for a response.It is a pain cancelling a CCard because they would not respond and I can't trust they won't keep debiting my card for a product I don't want. They say they did respond but it bounced back; funny how their emails telling me the package was on it's way etc did not bounce. And the shipping costs are high so check that out too before you buy.

This company keeps billing and sending me their product which I haven’t ordered. They ignore my requests to show me when I authorised or ordered it and I cannot get them to respond. Beware: you will need to change your credit card to get them to stop.

They increased my subscription charge by over $20 without notification or consent.
I have used this product for years and had a monthly subscription and loved it, however, the company increased my direct debit subscription cost by over $20 without notifying me or seeking my consent. When I contacted them they just said the cost of production went up. No apologies for not notifying me or for not gaining consent to charge me over $20 more. So I raised a complaint with PayPal who the subscription payments were through. The company emailed to say that they received the complaint and that if I wanted any money refunded I needed to post the item back (at my expense) and only after their team inspects it willl they consider refudning the money that I never consented to them direct debiting in the first place.
Sadly, I will not be buying their products again. Check your payments if you have a subscription.

I made an order online, and 9 days later nothing in the post. So I emailed, following up. The response was, we're out of stock. So then back and forth emails, we managed to get something sorted. I was disappointed that there was no email informing me that they were out of stock, straight away. Leaving me wondering what's going on.

Everyone can respond a bit differently, especially in the first few uses. Some people find it works best when taken consistently each evening and about 30–60 minutes before bed.
