I had a very disappointing experience with Wild.io.
After completing all requested verification steps, including submitting documents, selfies, and even a live video verification call via Microsoft Teams, my account was suddenly closed.
They claimed that they were unable to verify that I am the rightful owner of the account, despite the fact that I fully cooperated with every requirement.
As a result, my remaining balance was declared void and confiscated without any clear explanation or opportunity to resolve the issue.
This kind of handling raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency. I strongly recommend others to be cautious when using this platform, especially when it comes to withdrawals and verification.

I made an account with no VPN as I don’t want to run into any problems at any casino I’m going to deposit my hard earned money into. I had read over a hundred reviews from US players here on trust pilot most of them with responses from the casino staff so they obviously know they’re US players. When I went to deposit there was nothing to stop me. I’m glad I read enough negative reviews that it made me question if I should deposit so I asked support if I could play and redeem being from the US…and after they typed and deleted a response multiple times, they finally responded that I could not and my account would be closed.
