Overall a good bookmaker.

Overall a good bookmaker.
Withdrawl is very fast even I didn't do the KYC.
I deposited 500€, then won 500€ by betting on dota 2 events. Then cashed out 1000€ in total within 5 minutes.
But sadly because of the 500€ winnning, I can't place any bet on any dota2 event from then on(max bet on each match is 0.01€).

Good

I used thunderpick for nearly 2-3 years. They provide good markets with good odds. The UI/UX is clear, though no event search function. Online customer service is always rapid.
In the first year my netprofit is negative, I guess it could be 20k€(or higher)，so they granted me VIP title, with some privileges to encourage me keep betting.
In the last few month I won around 30k€，I cashed out 25k€，but when I tried to cash out the rest of 5k, my account suddenly got suspened, I can't bet nor cash out, I also got banned for the live chat channel. literally I can't do anything. They send me a message say I need to do KYC process and will reply me in 1-2 working days. I sent my docs to their email immediately but 5 days passed I didn't get any response. The online customer serivce knows nothing just tell me to be patient.
It's radiculous they don't allow you to bet during KYC process.

I checked some other reviews, some say it just took 3 hours to finish it.

Update: After 4 days waiting, KYC passed. And my money cashed out successfully.

Pros:
1. User friednly UI/UX
2. no bet delay for live events
3. support accumulation bets across different sports (max 17 bets)
4. max bet is pretty high compared to bitcoin bookmakers.
Cons:
1. betbuilder is awful for football events
2. no search function, it takes time to make accumulation bet.
3.the withdrawl process is the worst I've ever seen.for 100 USD it takes at least 5 days to withdrawl. But what hilarious is it only takes 5 seconds to deposit. months ago they allow you cash out 150 USD perday, but now it allows 100 USD in 5 days. so if you care that you want to get your money in time, DONT use ggbet.
4. winning threshold is around 3000 USD, after you win more than 3000USD, your account will be restricted, then you can only bet on 2USD/per minute/per event, also bet delay will be set up to your account.then you have a get another account.
5.they have 24/7 customer serive but actually they don't do anything but apologize. they won't help you anything about your withdrawl.
6.promotion funds could be around 2000usd in total, after you get it up to 2000, you will no longer be able to use promotion function.
7.KYC is bit complex, they require you upload a photo with your face && handwriten ggbet account ID && your ID all together, it's hard to hold 2 papers and also keep the ID readable. so it may take 4-5 times retry to pass the KYC.
8.compare to encrypto currency bookmakers, ggbet is a typical bookmaker that not welcome winners.
