Kaus made this experience a very good one. I ordered some items several months ago and actually forgot about them. When I did an inventory I realized I hadn't received my package. So further investigation USPS showed I picked up the item which indeed was NOT true.Kaus listened to me and did everything they could and got me a refund back to the account. The periodic communication was great keeping me informed of my product delivery every step of the way. The packaging was good. The delivery time was average but the consistent communication made up for it. I will say that the advertisement for the eye lash lengthening that was supposed to make your natural lashes look like false lashes was over dramatic and while the results are good it is know where as good as the advertisement. I would recommend having advertisements that are not overly exaggerated ensuring that your clients are not disappointed after following your directions exactly and not getting those exaggerated results that you advertise by being more truthful may decrease product returns and client satisfaction. Overall I really like the product and would probably purchase again. That was the reason I rated The Whole experience a 4 and not a 5.
