We upgraded from a free to a paid…

We upgraded from a free to a paid account because we needed Product codes in our Woo Commerce sales reports. The paid version didn't do this, but Mark at Webtoffee offered to write a code snippet. He did (it was easy to install with his help) and it's working perfectly. Happy shop manager, happy accountant.

We had a bug with - but not for long

We had a bug with WebToffee's WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips Plugin. I contacted their support and within the same business day they sent us a fix. My client and I are very happy with their customer service and plugin.

We would definitely recommend WebToffe to others.

Amazing support and solution

I had a requirement of showing the variable product attributes in the invoice. But this was missing in the plugin implementation. After reaching out to the support team, they have fixed in an hour and shared the patch. Had an amazing experience with the support team.

Best cutosmer service Ever

The plugin does what it offers, it's a great plugin and works really well. Of course it's not perfect but they have the best customer service I've ever experienced. They reply really fast, and try to find the best solution for you. It's a really good customer experience, highly recommended.
