I recommend this site. My order arrived on time, well packaged, and of excellent quality.

Product received well, product looks good and proper. However, description and information on website can be better. Apparently the poster has white frame surrounds it, around 2cm. This is not clear on the website, so I thought when the sample on the website shown with passe-partout but apparently this white edge is on the poster itself.
Communication can be improved, I asked about foto-frame if includes Passe-partout but reponse was not clear. Apparently there's no passe-partout included, as the poster has white edge. In the end, I bought foto-frame from other webshop which clearly states Foto-frame+passe-partout.

the art is great but the order took 4 weeks to arrive

I discovered WALL ART in 2023 while planning the renovations of my new apartment. It is so easy to browse their website. I also ordered quite a few of the wallpaper samples, so that I could really see the colours and feel the texture.
All the wallpapers I purchased were exactly what I expected and I am happy with the choice everyday looking at my walls.

Good delivery. Colours slightly "lighter" that shown. Still very nice for my cabinet.

Will never order again, quality of tile stickers really bad. They are just regular stickers! Not thick at all, no glossy finish, the print was even pixelated.

After a complaint to their email I did not even get the option to return it for free. Cost me €10.

It took three shipments before I received the correct order.
the first time one of the orders was wrong, the second time it was damaged by an elastic band around it and poorly packaged.
the third shipment was finally ok, and everything came fine after a few weeks!

I didnt recieve anything after two emails that it was sent

It has been over 4 weeks since placing an order and I have to recieved it.

Have tried email, phone and live chat with 2 replies in 4 wks! Really wished I had checked reviews before placing an order.

I have now requested a refund ASAP but no reply! I will be seeking legal advise if no refund is provided.

Guys going forward I would avoid!

Trying to contat them to send it back because I’m not satisfied and I’m getting no reply, it has been almost 2 weeks now which means I won’t be able to return it if they don’t send me anything

Bad customer service, order arrived damaged, no one help me

I ordered a painting made of some plastic glass or something of my own photo. There was a mistake because I got another picture on the painting. I also did not like the material that much. I contacted Wall Art and they where fast and gave my money back because we had the wrong painting. So that is a great solution! We ordered our new painting in real glass and it is so beautifull! We want to thank Wall Art for making this perfect photo on glass painting.

Ordered and paid for a frame with my art - was delivered without a frame and now I get no response from them. Useless.
