THE FUTURE OF COFFEE. We built a new model for coffee: we buy directly from farmer groups, roast everything fresh ourselves and serve it straight to you, while investing in fully regenerative production. It’s a model where the farmer, the drinker and the planet all win. It’s the future of coffee.

I ordered now the second time and in both cases the delivery take surprisingly “long” for the shipping process considering nowadays deliveries.

Sign up for a coffee subscription, they will take the money from your account and will not deliver the coffee. No customer service, do not respond to emails, do not respond to messages and do not answer the phone. They take the money and claim they send the coffee, 5 days later no coffee, no email responses, no returned messages or phonecalls.

Hi! The coffee hasn’t arrived yet, so I can’t review the product itself. But I can review the delivery experience. For two weeks, my order was not shipped, and I didn’t receive any response to my email inquiry. It made me feel confused. I’m still waiting for the coffee and truly hope that once I try it, I’ll be able to update this review to five stars!

We genuinely love Wakuli’s coffee and the mission behind the company. My girlfriend orders quite often because we really enjoy the taste and the idea of supporting a brand that aims to make a positive impact.
Unfortunately, the operational side has been disappointing multiple times. My most recent experience involved ordering a physical gift card well in advance for a birthday. The shipment never arrived, there was no tracking, and I only found out something was wrong after contacting customer support. By then, the birthday had already passed.
This is not an isolated incident. On several occasions, shipments have taken much longer than expected, or PostNL marked them as delivered while nothing actually arrived. We have also received the wrong product more than once. To be fair, customer service has always been friendly and willing to refund or let us keep incorrect items. That part is handled well.
However, for a company that positions itself as impact driven and detail oriented, these recurring logistical mistakes feel careless. It also seems like there is not enough pressure being put on the delivery partners to ensure reliable service.
We will likely continue enjoying the coffee, but the fulfillment and shipping experience really needs improvement.
Great coffee, but since the last time I ordered (in the summer) they changed to GLS delivery. I didn't realise this, so the tracking link was a surprise. Only morning delivery slots available so chose a parcel safe. Notification: unable to deliver, choose something else. Again only morning slots or parcel shops a minimum of 5km away. Chose home delivery because in my flat there's always at least one neighbour at home (but no telling which one so couldn't fill in their address). But ofcourse, "you weren't home, choose a parcel shop", none closer than 5km... So incredibly frustrating and 4 days wasted waiting for it, so unless they switch back to PostNL I won't be ordering again.

I am very happy and satisfied with the delivery of my favorite coffee! It arrived quite quickly with constant updates on the status.
Wakuli have the best voice in the world. Somehow their roast is different and better than any other coffee I tried. Been buying their coffee for years now, even though I need to order delivery abroad
Very tasty coffee, different types to try and discover your favourite. Fast delivery too, and all that while being a mindful and sustainable company with values. Recommended!
Amazing coffee and service. Price is too good for such great coffee and sustainable practices
Amazing coffee, for a decent price, with a good intention of changing the coffee industry.
I've been using Wakuli's monthly light roast coffee bean subscription and absolutely love it. Every delivery comes with a fresh, high-quality roast and a detailed story about the farmers behind it which makes the experience feel personal and transparent.
Wakuli doesn't just offer great coffee. They’re committed to paying fair wages to producers, which is really important to me. I get to discover new origins and flavor profiles each month, and the consistency in quality has been outstanding.
If you care about where your coffee comes from and want to support a company that does things the right way, I highly recommend giving Wakuli a try. It's one of the best coffee subscriptions out there.
I’m a big coffee fan, and after trying many different beans, I’ve finally found my favourite: Rwanda - SEASONAL MICROLOT - LIGHT ROAST.
What I love about this bean is how clearly the fruity notes come through, without being overly acidic. It’s sweet, never burned, almost like a candy.
Today, I tried a cold brew in the shop made with this bean, and once again, I was surprised by how good it tastes. The taste leaves a long, pleasant finish.
I really hope this flavour stays around for a long time.
Great customer satisfcation. Immediately sent a new coffee when my order was sent wrongly. Special thanks to Roos who was really helpful. I can't recommend this coffee company more, especially with great variety of coffees and amazing taste!
