I haven’t purchased the manifold yet, but I contacted JT-Products/Alpha regarding compatibility with my specific 1.8T setup. They were very helpful, patient and willing to answer several technical questions regarding the AJQ engine, AET K04-380 hybrid turbo and manifold compatibility.
Very good pre-sale technical support and communication. I’ll update my review after purchasing and installing the product.

Very bad experience with JT-PRODUCTS B.V. I bought the downpipes, I never installed them, and returned them. They claimed the parts were damaged and refused to give me my money back. Extremely disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this company. Stay away they are scammers

Extremely disappointing experience with JT-PRODUCTS B.V. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering, especially if there is any possibility you may need to return an item.
I purchased downpipes from them but NEVER installed or used them. Due to an issue with unlocking my vehicle’s ECUs, I decided not to proceed with the installation and returned the downpipes under their return policy.
I even have photos taken before the return shipment showing the condition of the downpipes.
After receiving the return, JT-PRODUCTS claimed the parts had been damaged during transportation and refused my refund. Their response was essentially that because I arranged the return shipping, they consider me responsible for whatever allegedly happened during transportation.
To be absolutely clear: I never installed these downpipes, never drove with them, and never damaged them.
They now want me to pay an additional €12.50 to have the allegedly damaged products sent back to me, despite the fact that I returned them because I no longer wanted them.
I find this handling of a customer return completely unacceptable.
I have kept the photos, emails, return information and complete correspondence, and I am escalating the matter through the appropriate payment/consumer dispute channels.
I’m sharing my experience so other customers can make an informed decision before purchasing.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from JT-PRODUCTS again. Stay away if you expect a straightforward return process.

We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the outcome. However, we would like to clarify the situation for other readers.
The downpipes were shipped to you in new and undamaged condition. We have photographs documenting their condition before they were shipped.
After you decided to return the products, the return shipment was arranged by you. Upon receiving the return, we found damage that was not present when the products left our warehouse.
If the products were undamaged when you handed them over to the carrier, as you state, then the damage occurred during the return transportation. In that situation, the appropriate procedure is to file a claim with the carrier responsible for the return shipment.
We cannot accept responsibility for damage that occurred during a return shipment after the products had left our possession. This is the same principle that applies when we ship an undamaged product to a customer and it is damaged during transportation: the transport damage must be handled with the carrier.
We have provided you with our findings and the available documentation, and we have reviewed the matter carefully. Unfortunately, we cannot change our position based on the information currently available.
We understand that you may disagree with our decision, but we believe it is important that the circumstances are also clear to anyone reading this review.
