Bought NOT knowing you need the FULL version of Kontakt not just the player. Tried to get a refund the SAME day before activation and no response or follow up

I bought the "Spectre" plugin 7 days ago and haven't received the activation codes I requested via their site (they aren't in my spam or promotions folders).
I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times through various channels but haven't heard anything back.
I assume there’s only one person running the company and something has gone wrong, but in that case, they really need to offer a reliable registration system.
I needed this for my work, not just for fun.

Easy buying and instelling process, great plug-ins!!

I’ve never used the term “GOAT” in my life but i am for this plugin. Genuinely, this creates the missing space to make a mix feel like it has depth. You don’t even need much either. Hands down the best plugin i’ve used for mixing in more than a decade and in 24h it’s become my go to on so many different items in my mixes.

Does the job well (Specter). Always down to support 3rd party euro plugin makers.

I think Wavesfactory makes great plugins, but since this review is about my purchasing experience and their customer service, I have to say I was disappointed.

The Wavesfactory website states that they offer educational discounts and directs customers to reach out to support, claiming a usual response time within 24 hours. I sent a message on Monday morning asking if I qualified for the discount. On Thursday morning, I received a one-sentence reply from Jesus (who I believe is the founder) simply asking, "What plugin/s are you interested in?" I responded with the plugin and explanation and asked again if I qualified for the educational discount. I think it is really cool that the founder of the company responds to emails, but I still have not received an answer to my simple question.

I ended up paying full price for the Cassette plugin because the demo watermark was getting annoying and I wanted to save my settings and presets. This is the second plugin I have purchased from them, as I also own Trackspacer.

Recently, I have had great customer service experiences with other audio companies, specifically Softube and Korneff Audio, but I cannot say the same for Wavesfactory. It has now been a full week without a response to my question. I like to give credit where it's due, and this is my first negative review (and I waited until receiving a second email reminder from Wavesfactory to write a review of my recent purchase). I would like to own more of their plugins, but Cassette was a big purchase for me, and I won't be able to afford another one for a long time. While I think Wavesfactory plugins are excellent, they are a significant investment for me, and I was disappointed by the delay in communication regarding the educational discount.

Excellent plugin that really helped my Podcast

Excellent suspended cymbals library. Very flexible usage cases with the way it's designed. And I managed to catch it on sale, so even better value. Easy download and installation. A solid purchase, IMHO.
