Excellent service and reliable delivery. However, when the switch from Sparklettes to Primo was made, the Primo 10 gallon bottles are thinner. After they are put in a dispenser they bend to odd shap... See more

Whenever I call to change my delivery I never have any trouble. Your customer service department is very courteous and understanding. My deliveries are on time and the delivery man is also very courteous.

I am in Cedar Hill, MO. 3 out of the last 5 deliveries have been rescheduled. My latest delivery was delivered to the wrong house. I never got it delivered and the 7 empty jugs were not picked up. I called customer service but no service.

When Arrowhead and then ReadyRefresh were delivering my water for almost 35 years, I had only a few delivery issues. Since Primo Water has taken over, in less than two years I've had complaints and problems about 1/3 of the time. The most recent are my last two deliveries.
I ordered two Arrowhead Mtn Spring 5-gal bottles but three were delivered. I called to complain, they had no solution, so I swallowed the cost of the bottle because I knew I could order one less the next time.
And the 'next time' came, I submitted my order for TWO bottles and when the delivery truck came, the driver left THREE bottles at my door. I caught him walking away and told him I only ordered two. He seemed annoyed and said, "I already entered '3.'" Apparently he has to enter the number delivered and cannot change that on his own.
Calls to customer service were tortuous, as usual, but I finally got the agent to understand what happened and she said they would correct my bill. Three weeks and many emails later my bill hasn't changed. Emails from the company make it clear they do not understand what was delivered was two, not three as the driver submitted.
So the company can stonewall you if their drivers make a mistake. 'Customer service' is a mystery to Primo Water.

I was in Sam’s Club at Apopka today July 3 gearing up for the 4th of July Celebration. I was approached by a young man who gave me his pitch very nicely. I said I drink water from my tap and as I walked off a blonde woman said very loudly don’t drink that nasty shit! I turned my basket around and she said she was talking to him not me. Right! What was he drinking I asked her. She stuttered and covered her name badge. Very RUDE and in a public place like Sam’s Club which we pay to be members! She should be fired!

We bought the instruments 3 weeks back, it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, then they postponed it Thursday, then to Friday, we called the customer care every day for information, but there was no proper reason why our order got delayed .
Then on Friday, our delivery was skipped and our account was disabled, we didn't request that , and then we called the customer care agent again asking for explanation.
They could not provide a reason for that and give me this ticket number promising same day delivery if we call last Tuesday, we did and they again promised us that they are going to deliver it Tuesday, but now it's almost Thursday afternoon and we still didn't received our product.
I have never seen such disgusting customer service in my entire life. I wish I never came across this company. By now, I have called at least 4-5 times and talk in length, but my issues are not resolved.
Stay away from them, I still didn't get my water delivered in almost a month

I was getting surprise charges for schedules deliveries that weren’t planned for. When I canceled my service, I asked him if I could buy the water dispenser. They said yes I bought it a month later. I had the delivery guy call me letting me know about bottle drop offs. I told him that I didn’t have service with them anymore, but they wanted their dispenser back five minutes later. I had Mike from the office. Call me telling me that they wanted their dispenser back and their water bottles back when everything was already purchased to cancel my service with them. It has been a nightmare with Primo. before deciding to get service from Primo, look at the Customer reviews first and then decide.

This time the Delivery Driver actually put the bottles of water BEHIND the two pillars, so they weren't easy too see from the street AND they were not in the direct sun all day. THANK YOU! Order and delivery was perfect. :)

Order always correct. Delivery driver friendly and respectful. I love my water delivery.

The old delivery guy would put the bottles on our. Porch. The new delivery guy left them on the sidewalk. We had our empty bottles on the porch with a note and he left them. He left 3 full bottles and we were charged for 4. Too many fees, delivery fees, gas fees and service fees. We cancelled the service and found another spring water company with free delivery, no extra fees and half the price.
