Its a good bike, but it come disasembled so be prepared to do some mechanical things.

Overall, I'm very happy with the Rivena Supreme D7. The bike looks well-built and stylish, and definitely doesn't have the appearance of a cheap e-bike. Delivery was impressively fast, arriving within 1-2 days, and the bike was well packaged and delivered in perfect condition.

I've been using it mostly on the lowest assistance level because I still want to get some exercise while cycling, and it performs very well for that purpose. The ride is comfortable and the electric assistance feels smooth.

The only issue I've experienced so far was with the battery. A few days ago, while riding, the battery suddenly dropped from 65% to 0%. After restarting the battery, everything returned to normal and it has been working fine since. I'm hoping this was just a one-off glitch rather than an indication of a battery problem.

Other than that, my experience has been very positive, and I would recommend the bike based on my experience so far.

I have had the bike for 5 months, and since the beginning, when the bike’s charge falls below 40%, the battery drains if the bike is not used for two days or more. This never happened with my previous e-bike. All other functions work properly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent E-Bike – Safe, Powerful & Worth Every Euro!

I have been using my Rivena V20 Pro for about two weeks, and I am extremely impressed. Assembly was incredibly easy with the tools provided, and the bike was ready to ride in less than 20 minutes.

The build quality is outstanding. Everything feels solid with no mechanical noise, and the disc brakes are excellent, giving me complete confidence in terms of safety.

I ride around 45 km daily, often with my wife seated behind me, and the bike still delivers excellent battery performance. Charging is quick, and removing/installing the battery is very easy.

So far, I have not experienced a single issue. The ride is smooth, comfortable, and feels truly premium. Because of this great experience, I plan to buy another Rivena bike for my wife and a third one for my son next year.

A big thank you to the entire Rivena team. The delivery was on time, the quality exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Rivena to everyone in the Netherlands and beyond. The excellent Dutch cycling infrastructure combined with this bike makes every ride a pleasure.

Fast delivery easy payment I feel happy about the bike

The bike was easy to order, my son is really happy about it! He’s doing the groceries now, even though he hated it normally. But with his new bike he’s fast and in his words: cool. He’s 12.

Klantenservice: very poor!
Have called and send emails after our puchase in June. Bike delivered without a cable to charge the electric bike. We are one month later and we still need to wait and need to explain again and again. After promising to send the cable four times it still didn’t arrived. Customer service is keep asking the same stupid questions over and over again. Need to over explain as they can not read or follow up their promises. We are sending the whole bike for our son back. We want the money we have paid around 1000 euros back!! Done with this store!! Very disappointed and very poor in communication and problem solving. Very poor in following up in what they are saying: by phone or email. Worse experience ever with a store!! Don’t get trapped in their games!!

Great bike and would order there again.

Stay away from these cowboys. I purchased a bike online and was provided with videos from their YouTube channel to assemble it that don't even match the bike I purchased. Right away there was an issue with the front brake pad that made a lot of noise, and the front mud guard was so close it was rubbing against the tyre. I sent them photos and videos to explain exactly what I did and they are refusing to help in any way. I purchased a 2-year warranty which guarantees 'free pick-ups for repairs' and still nothing. I had to resort to taking the bike to a repair shop and even they couldn't fix the problem. And lastly, my daughter (who got this bike for her 16th bday) has had 2 punctures already. Bike repair shop said: "hose tyres are very bad quality". Just like the bike, and just like their service. I'll see you guys in court.

Actually my first time buying an e bike and wasnt really sure about my options but this bike has everything that i wanted: fast, light and a great bettery not to mention really good pricing
The delivery was also great as i expected for take a whole week but it was the next day delivered
