Fairly reliable TV programs

There TV programs and EPG, films/series are pretty good. However, their support service if you want help is a bit slow as they take a while to answer your issue but eventually you do get the help you need. I am happy with their service.
Los programas de televisión, la guía electrónica de programación y las películas y series son bastante buenos. Sin embargo, su servicio de atención al cliente es un poco lento si necesitas ayuda, ya que tardan un tiempo en responder a tu consulta, aunque al final acabas recibiendo la ayuda que necesitas. Estoy contento con su servicio.

Hello
After searching for a new service after several disappointments I read about Relax8k.
The reviews are fantastic and they appear to be exactly what I am looking for.
However the sponsored only access creates difficulty subscribing.
After learning your email addresses on other posts I tried sending you emails a week ago requesting help but to date I have not received a reply.
Help please

Great quality and lots of channels.

Edit: changing my review as they have fixed their service after being down. All of the channels work and loads fast. The channel qualities are clear and works great. They also added an extra month for the disruption. Thank you so much!

Their communication is a little stagnated but as others have commented, it will get there!
