Perfect customer service, good stream

Good IPTV service, easy to set up and with stable quality. The channels work well and the support team is helpful. I am satisfied with the service and would recommend it.

Terrible customer service this is my second year with them, it was ok first year everything worked fine,I didn’t really have any problem but couple of months ago my video on demand stopped working and I requested technical help but they kept on saying technical team will get back to me but they never did, now they ignore my messages mails completely. Stay away from them, very poor customer service, It is guaranteed you won’t get any help from them once you pay

They asked me for my MAC address and device key before they would give me a 12 hour trial. I asked why do you require this info and they told me to setup a Playlist. NOT TRUE!! This info is not needed for you to get their service. They should provide you with a userid, password and their website url. I do not know why they require this info unless they are trying to get access to you computer. I didn't give out my info and I never heard back from them. I am writing this because I do not want anyone else to get ripped off. Also, after reading through other reviews, it seems they don't care to much about you once they have your money. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

I have sent at least 10 emails asking questions re service, they absolutely NEVER answer an email question and they have no telephone service.

The service is good, the channels rarely freeze, and customer service is always responsive. My only suggestion is to add PayPal back as a payment method; otherwise, everything is satisfactory.

I've tried several IPTV providers over the years, and IPVOS has been one of the most reliable services I've used. The channel selection is extensive, streaming quality is excellent, and buffering has been minimal even during peak viewing times.

The setup process was straightforward, and whenever I've had a question, customer support has responded quickly and professionally. I particularly appreciate the stability of the service, as many IPTV providers struggle with downtime and interruptions.

Service has constant issues. You need to constantly be messaging them on telegram to reload playlist and reinstate service. It’s incessant, honestly it’s not worth your money (and time)! Do not fall for the trap.

First of all, the company advertises a “free month” for customers who subscribe for 12 months. However, this only appears to be offered in exchange for leaving a positive review, which is highly misleading.

The service has failed multiple times, including immediately before major events such as Champions League matches while hosting guests. This was extremely embarrassing and completely unacceptable for a paid service.

The most disappointing part has been the customer support. During the latest outage, I was repeatedly given the runaround. I was asked to send videos showing the issue, only to later be told the files were “too long.” When I requested an email address to send the videos properly, I never received any response. My issue was never resolved.

At this point, my subscription remains active until October, yet I currently have no working service. The company’s attitude appears to be that once payment has been received, customer support and service quality no longer matter.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Ipvos offers a wide range of channels.
What really stands out, however, is the customer support. Any questions or issues are responded to within minutes and resolved very professionally.

Have used this for a year, came to renew and they wouldn't take an ordinary card. It was all crypto currency which I don't use asked for help in making the payment just automated response. It expired today so no longer able to use and still no help very disappointed in their customer service

Surfed the internet to try and get a totally reliable and supportive IPTV service and found one with IPVOS. Very reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend it to others

I tried a few different providers and Ipvos is easily the most stable and reliable. Very rarely has any downtime and the channel selection is better than most of the others I tested.

Very nice server, I've gotten few issues with the signal but always fixed quickly
