After a few hiccups and some minor discrepancies, RDR bikes made every effort to rectify the issues and ensure a prompt and equitable solution. Their team are professional and quick to address issues raised by their customers. Given the excellent prices they offer and quick shipping options, I can’t sales why I would t buy another bike from them.

Excellent quality, delivered quickly, and the bike was put together properly. The Bianchi Sepialissima was carefully wrapped after being put together so it arrived without a scratch on it.

The prices may already have been calculated for Switzerland, and the website states that taxes are included. Nevertheless, I still had to pay an additional 25 euros in customs fees.

Great bike, great price! Bianchi Oltre Comp Shimano 105 Di2
Everything was fine with the order. I ordered on 06/01/2026, and the bike arrived on 06/11/2026, in undamaged packaging. It may be unnecessary for someone who is not familiar with assembly to ask for the installation, because the bike still needs to be assembled after arrival. But there is no problem with that because it only fits in the box this way.
Thank you to RDR Bikes for the great sale, so I got the bike at a very good price. This would have been impossible in Hungary.
I wish the RDR Bikes team many more customers!
