The bike arrived in Hungary well packaged. It was beautiful and easy to assemble. The store continuously updated its website with information about the status of the bike's procurement, pre-assembly, and delivery. I found it to be a fair store and would recommend it.

Shipment took 10 days instead of 1-2 as stated. Communication was pretty bad - I had to find out WhatsApp number of one of the employees, as no one replied to emails and WhatsApp messages sent to the official one. Eventually, I got the bike, so 3 stars.
Edit - company is lying in the reply - order paid Jan 4th, DHL tracking created Jan 13th, sent Jan 14th, delivered Jan 20th

My initial experience purchasing a bicycle from RDR Bikes was very positive. The buying process went smoothly, and I was satisfied with the service at the time.
However, my experience changed after Bianchi issued an official recall notice regarding a potential manufacturing defect in the handlebars of my bike. According to the recall, the free replacement should be handled through the original dealer.
I contacted RDR Bikes with questions about how to proceed with the replacement, especially since I do not live in Italy. I tried to reach them by email and WhatsApp, but even after more than a month from my first contact, I have not received any response.
The complete lack of communication in a safety-related recall situation has been very disappointing and has significantly affected my overall impression of the shop.
