Disappointing experience

Disappointing experience. The service seems to be targeted towards technicians. I purchased a replacement screen for a Samsung tablet and the description led me to believe all items to complete the repair were included but that was not the case. When I raised this with their customer services, they claimed that the description was adequate and that the missing item was a case of technician personal preference. However I am not a technician. I am a home user and I purchased from RayTech based on the description suggesting everything would be supplied for me to complete the repair. I suggested they send me the glue free of freight charge. However they were not prepared to do that. Buyer beware.

Selling aftermarket batteries as genuine.

I have been trying to find out if their phone batteries are genuine or not, but without reply, but did find in [other] reviews by customers deceived that they are not as described or pictured. This is a breach of the Fair Trading Act when failing to clarify, and am also making a formal complaint to the Commerce Commission.
