SCAM ALERT. Product does not work - if anything made it worse! Requested for them to honor money-back guarantee and have been completely ignored and ghosted. No response from customer support or ability to call.

The product was wholly ineffective..I actually saw urinary flow and frequency improve after stopping consumption..I asked for the quaranteed money back promise and have been totally ignored..

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been going back and forth with this "company" for months. I ordered my first order, then they charged me for 2 more double orders. They refuse to refund my money, they refuse to take anything back. I email and email and email with no response. The phone number, no one ever answers.

Rooted 3 is totally ineffective. Despite multiple requests for the advertised refund on May 15, May 17, and May 27, 2026, I have received no response. The company's "full refund" policy appears to be nothing more than a marketing claim. In my experience, this product did absolutely nothing for prostate health, and customer service has been non-existent. I would not recommend this product.

Absolutely no customer service whatsoever.

Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere!

While your order provided for a single bottle, or a subscription, I only opted for the former to try but now you have my credit card details you continue to take my money. You should be arrested!

SCAM! I decided to try this, so I placed an order. I specifically did NOT sign up for recurring deliveries, but they shipped and charged me again a month later. many calls to their "customer service" number always result in a busy signal. No response to email enquiries until I contacted my bank to cancel and reverse charges. Then I got an email from them asking me to contact my bank, I responded to that email but they will not respond still. I shipped the order back (at my expense). DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS. They definitely do not deserve even a one star rating.

I paid $128.50 Canadian on my Visa on an April 8th billing - now I have an additional billing if $125.74 on a May 06 billing on my visa!

I paid the total bill of $128.50 thinking the full price had been paid - why the additional billing a month later!

These pricks sent me the wrong product then sent the correct order and charged me agian. I have been trying to return the wrong product and get a refund I haven't heard squat from them

Since my order was made and paid for and despite a number of emails to the company I have yet to receive the goods I have paid for and neither have I had the courtesy of a response to my queries. I advise anyone to satay clear of what appears to be a scam,

A total scam. The product did not deliver any of the benefits they advertise. They state a 100% money back guaranty. For three weeks, Ive been trying to get a response to send back the product and receive my money back with absolutely NO Response.

I ordered one bottle and they charged me an extra 177.00 along with a 75.00 separate charge. Sent no receipt and then did not reply back to my email. Tried calling and number went dead. Now Im calling my credit card company.

It hasn't done a darn thing for me in 3 months. I have been trying unsuccessfully to contact customer service and get a refund.

Horrible customer service. I ordered 6 bottles in December 2025. I received 4 bottles in March. Still missing 2 bottles.

I ordered 6 bottles of Flow Revive on 1/17/26 for my husband at the price of $147. I received 3 bottles and have e-mailed the company 3 times with absolutely no response and the phone number given is always busy.
My husband is beginning to notice better flow and would like the other 3 bottles that I paid for.

Should get no stars. SNAKE OIL!
Went through 2 1/2 bottles, no change, condition actually worsened.
Tried to get money back, line is always busy, clicked on 'help' on their website... it says I don't have permission!!
RIP OFF!

Total Scam.
I wish I had read the reviews on here before purchasing from this scam company. Like most others, they double charged me and in my case, created a false second order to justify it. No response to any of my emails and request for a refund.

total scam. will upsell your order without you knowing it and then you cannot contact them in any manner. phone busy 24/7 no answers to many emails asking for return of the product. TOTAL SCAM

I ordered and eventually received (after a delayed delivery). and since i had a minor improvement wanted to give it a more substantial trial (since slow del'y). So I ordered and they processed my credit car immediately and we are coming up on One Month---No Product, No Response, and No REFUND! STAYAWAY from This!

I ordered 3 bottles of Flow Revive from Rooted Vitals MD company on Jan 2, 2026 and received an e-mail 5 minutes later saying they are shipping 3 bottles plus an additional 6 more for a total of $321 . My order was for $147 . I tried to cancel only minutes later and they said it was already processed and I could return the bottles to Europe OR they would quickly give me a 20% discount on the entire $321 . After several e-mails and phone calls , no response . I am disputing this entire bogus order with my credit card company . What a mess --I have better things to do with my time . SCAM ALERT .
