Emails were very promptly answered with a can do attitude. I was initially concerned that cancelling may be difficult so I tried it out to check and found it was no problem so then reordered. All the people I have communicated with have been helpful including Mylene and Greg.

I was sceptical that the Capsaicin Power gels would have any impact on my wakefulness and urge to urinate due to my enlarged prostate however they actually seem to have reduced my urge to urinate without any side effects that I am aware of.

I stumbled upon Aurivita by accident, and I’m glad I did. The website was a bit confusing at first, with too many categories and no clear search function. I spent 20 minutes trying to find what I needed, and when I finally did, the product was out of stock. Disappointing, but I kept looking. After another 10 minutes, I found exactly what I wanted, but the checkout process was a nightmare. The payment system kept freezing, and I had to restart the whole thing three times. Still, I managed to place the order, and it arrived in perfect condition. The product itself was decent, but not as good as I expected. The customer service was slow to respond, but when they did, they were helpful. Overall, it was a mixed experience, but I’ll probably try Aurivita again.

My order got lost in the mail. I reached out to customer support and received an immediate response that they would send me a new order asap. I received tjhat second order within 5 business days. This product is legitimately different than a prior order that I purchased off Amazon (from a 3rd party vendor). Although that product looked the part, the product I just received, direct from Aurivita, generated the warm sensation (like drinking a shot of bourbon) that I expected, unlike the prior product. I now know I have the legitimate product, and look forward to its results.
