I ordered the caplets two weeks ago, but have not received the product, nor a reply to any of my emails to their support site.
Today, 11 days later, a company representative finally texted me. The tracking information however has not been updated since the day it was ordered. I have no clue who is shipping it, where it is coming from, nor when it will arrive. I will update this as needed.

I sent a question to the company and received a very quick response. Even though Khristine didn't have an answer, she directed me to a place that would help. She was very kind and polite. Definitely a good person to have in customer support. Thanks again for your help!

This company charged me for 2 extra shipments that I did not order or want. Placed an initial order and this company put me in an auto ship every 30 days. They do not have a number that you can call. And to find where you can send a message to stop subscription is a nightmare. I barely even tried my first order and they’ve already charged me 2 additional shipments that I did not want.
For anyone thinking about making a purchase. Beware!

My first order never arrived. They charged me for it.
Stalled on giving me the refund. I told them I didn't want to subscribe anymore. They didn't cancel. Keep sending me $200 worth of product 4 months after ordering it and thought I would be happy. They reversed my refund. CUSTOMER NO SERVICE.

Customer service was excellent. Product is as described.

Customer service is great. I did not know about the automatic renewal and when I contacted them, Khristine really helped me out and took care of things for me. I am just getting started on this and hope it really helps me.

The company has shown great customer service in the processing of my order for 6 packets of Ceylon Cinnamon capsules and the timely arrival of the products. I ordered them for the benefits shown for helping to lower blood sugar levels for those struggling with diabetes. When I began taking the capsules about a month ago my blood sugar numbers were between 165 and 181. Now they have dropped to 141 and the most recent reading of 135. I am pleased with these results for my overall health and will continue taking them to bring the numbers back into normal range.

I knew what I am getting and the price and ingredients.

I never sign up for suscripción for ítem purchased the first time, but lower and behold, I was notified of a shipment because of an alledged suscription. I was able to cancel it, but will have to return ítem and find out what that details. Besaré when you order from this company.

Customer service was prompt answering my inquiry. My bank declined the second order until I verified that indeed it was me that placed the order. I was able to find how to contact Metabolae. Jaquelyn was the Rep that contacted me and assured that my order would go thru. Just like my first order that had gone thru without a hitch. The product works, as my issue was foam in my urine. I am in my second month and the foam is clearing.

I am happy that I received my package in the delivery time that was estimated.

I was disappointed with the delivery driver for delivering my package and not leaving my package at my door instead leaving it in my lobby.

The product is much smaller than one might think. I was expecting capsules the size of fish oil but they are tiny so the packaging is tiny.

Tonight will be day one of me trying this product out. Personally I use to have frothy urine but my urine has stopped being as frothy so I won't be judging this product on that metric. Instead I wear a CGM and will be monitoring in real time how this product reacts to my what I consider to be high blood sugar.

I look forward to making another updated review on my progress with this product.

The support team from Metabolae is very responsive, polite and professional. They keep in touch and reply when any question is posed. Their product has really worked well for me and I feel so much more freedom in choosing what I want to eat without the guilt. I have been taking it for about 4 months, but did notice my A1C dropped after one month. Very easy to take and for me no awful side effects. Thanks Metabolae!

I will not buy this product again. They charge unauthorized reoccurring payments and unauthorized reordering of the product. It is hard to get in touch with them, no phone number to call very poor business practices. Never again!

This product did not work for me personally. That doesn’t mean it will not work for you. What this company does is make it easy to cancel your subscription. A couple of clicks and it was over.

I have already addressed the automatic subscription with the company. Product was not labeled with the correct ceylon cinnamon amount Web Sight says 7600, bottle says 8000 extra strength raw Ceylon Cinnamon equivalent 20:1 extract. Also I bought 2 thinking I would get 1 free again only got 2 bottles. Very misleading. I also thought it contained MCT oil it does not, states it is equivalent to. I am informing people that I know not to buy from this particular company.

The company's response to my shipping issues was great. The goods arrived with heat damage so metabolae immediately refunded me and it looks like they shipped a new package to me. Thanks.

Although the hot Texas weather didn't allow for the successful delivery of product (USPS didn't leave at door as requested, but left in hot mailbox), yhe customer service rep was so understanding from the beginning of my ordering experience to receipt. I had to return due to busted softgels (from heat). There was no issue with refund request. I appreciated the timely response to my issue each time contacte and made my experience "pain-free". I do plan on ordering again in cooler weather (or earlier if not by the USPS).
