The quote provided is exceedingly low and does not take into consideration the pitch of the roof or the number of eaves. Quote provided was over 50% less than physical quotes I received from local companies. Also, the lack of privacy opt out combined with unsolicited sales calls. Emails and text messages was exceedingly frustrating.

Dont put your info in unless you want spam calls. I put an Arizona address in with a Colorado phone number and I immediately recieved spam calls from Colorado numbers. Immediately after hitting enter!

They sell your information to a site called FIXR who then sells your Name, Address, Phone # & Email address for $150+ to SEVERAL local contractors in your area tell them you want your roof replaced and tell the companies to BOMBARD you with calls, emails, texts & voicemails 4 times a day more than 20 times a week for a month. They do not inform the user that just by using the calculator they agree to have their personal info given to contactors. So by using this site be ready for 10s of calls a day. They also will not remove your information and continue to sell it for months. They work closely with FIXR & SOLAR REVIEWS which are both complete SCAMS. Not BBB accrediated.. They are a garbage company in my opinion. I would go else where for a roofing estimate, ANY WHERE ELSE

I don't know how it has any good reviews. It's the typical scam. It won't give you any pricing. It won't give you any information at all. Without entering your phone number and agreeing to get phone calls. I don't know about you, but that's not the way I wanna hire a contractor and I certainly don't want my phone ringing at all hours from random roofers that obviously are not the best.Because otherwise they wouldn't have to be paying for these leads. If it was truly a good sight, they would just do what they say. And give you an estimate without having to supply your phone number

This roofing calculator merely gives the approximate square footage based on an aerial view from Google maps. It does not provide any actual price estimate of what the roof should cost, as it deviously leads you to believe. It is solely a leads generator for participating roofers to pester the crap out of you with non-stop phone calls!!!

After filling my information out I had three texts from contractors ready to give me estimates on my roofing project. That was nice because sometimes it takes days or weeks to get a contractor to respond to your call. After talking with the contractors, one stood out as a company we’d like to partner with. Thanks for helping to connect us.

Their ads are misleading. You have to agree to get at least one estimate from a roofer in order to find out a ridiculous price range for roofs. You buy Leads from other companies. And you are more unfair with the roofers that you sell the leads to. You wanted me after I fired you and was considering coming back to sign a contract saying that I would not dispute any leads whether they were good or bad leads. You do misleading advertising you treat your roofers with a huge lack of respect and quite honestly professionalism you should be ashamed of yourself even my Salesman that works for you said I wouldn’t sign your contract. That’s bad.

I had a hunch about how much a new roof might cost but wasn’t really sure. The calculator showed me that my guess was actually very close. That gave me the confidence I’ll need to talk to the roofing companies. I feel like I’ll be a better negotiator.
