Very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a phone case advertised as MagSafe compatible, but it constantly interrupted charging during the night due to poor contact — something that never happened with other cases or without a case.
To make matters worse, the case already had scratches on the back when it arrived. I initially didn’t complain, thinking it wasn’t a big deal, but the charging issues made everything worse.
I contacted customer service and was offered a partial refund due to the high cost of return shipping — which I accepted. However, after that, they completely stopped responding. No refund, no explanation, nothing.
I really liked the look of the case, but what’s the point if it doesn’t work as advertised and the company ignores you afterward?

The delivery experience was good.
I had some issues with the product itself though, based on my preferences. The case for the iPhone 13 Pro Max didn't have the magnet so wireless charging is more difficult. I also thought from the picture that the case would not be transparent. And I also didn't like the logo on the bottom. I would prefer for it to not have the logo. Especially when it's so big. But I can't hold this against them, as this information about all this was in the product's description.
That being said, in terms of protection, the case works. The phone sits on it very tightly. I feel like if I drop it it would be safe. The color is also nice (would be better if it weren't transparent though). But it's a glossy finish so the case itself is a fingerprint magnet and gets warmer easily on your hand.
