-the very idea of a 'confidence visit'
-the preparation: Royvon asked probing questions about Nico's behaviour) demonstrating their knowledge of boisterous and reactive GSDs
-the neatness and quietness of the reception and parking area was simply calm unlike other frenetic kennels
-Kelsey, Nico's dedicated handler/trainer appeared confident, competent and motivated as she led Nico away
-Kelsey sent us updates and photos every few hours of Nico in play areas and on walks
-Kelsey gave us helpful feedback on Nico's return
-What else can I say? I'm so happy Nico can come here and I can leave him without worrying.

The facilities are great but it is the staff that make it special - we trust them to take good care of Jude with all his quirks. He adores them. They are also brilliant at keeping owners informed about what is happening. Jude only has to see them and he gets excited.

Our dog always happy to be left at Royvon and the team seem to genuinely enjoy being around dogs.

Skye spend 8 nights at Royvon Esher and as always had a great time there.

This was the first time our dog went to the kennels after losing our other one last year. The staff went out of their way to check he was ok at all times and kept us informed of how he was giving us peace of mind too, knowing how we felt.
Their care and empathy is exceptional.

We took our very anxious, sometimes reactive dog here for an overnight stay. The staff were so lovely, we were greeted as we arrived and gave them as much information beforehand and also on arrival about our dog. When we left I felt really assured as everyone was do professional. Ted was only there a night but I received 2 e mails regarding his progress and a health item to watch out on our dog, very impressive. There were some lovely photos and I could see he looked really happy. When we went to collect him we met Tony one of the trainers and he was very knowledgeable, warm and had spent time with Teddy getting to know him. I am so very pleased we found Royvon and I would recommend them to anyone that has an anxious, worried pet or for any pet. Thank you so much .

Nice warm kennel, frequent walks and caring staff. Also good to be kept up to date on how my dog was doing on a daily basis, both by video and by handlers.

Two weeks training at Royvon by friendly staff who love dogs have helped Pear's confidence around people and traffic.

Always caring and fun loving towards their dogs

Our 11 yr old springer spaniel stayed at Royvon again recently and we couldn't be happier. We got frequent updates with the new system and all the handlers understand his quirks. It honestly is very reassuring when away and knowing he is being taken care of so well. He’ll be back in November.

Gussie stayed only five days and the updates both notes and photos appeared to show he was happy which was very reassuring.

Great people, relaxed dog

Leaving Kobi with Royvon was pleasurable from start to finish ! The booking and payment process was simple and speedy !The enrichment reports were very pleasing although did remind me how much I was missing him ! But the best part was picking Kobi up !!! I’m sure I noticed a big smile on his face and he didn’t stop fussing for about 10 minutes ! There’s nothing quite like it ! Thanks once again ! Love from Kobi and John.

Very disappointed with my recent experience.
Communication is difficult via phone and email. I was constantly chasing for an email response.
My dog stayed for 5 days, I only had 3 report and blurry pictures uploaded. I was informed training that I payed for couldn't be done as my dog was anxious. This makes me question the trainers skills.

Would never use again.

We tried out dog boarding with Royvon for our two Labradors on the recommendation of a friend, and we were not disappointed. From the first communication to the pick up and return home, everything went smoothly and the dogs came home happy and healthy. Our dogs are lively and excited, and need time to settle in a new place, which they got plenty of. The staff were excellent and we had detailed pictures and report on how the stay went. A truly personalised service. We have already booked our next one - definitely recommended.

My dog broke a tooth at Royvon - the second time - and the team and owner had no idea what happened or when. The owner brushed it off by citing that my dog is reactive; they claim to be able to handle any type of dog behaviour, and we had given them specific instructions for how to handle our dog, who has never broken a tooth anywhere else. The lack of care for my dog's safety was chilling. I'm only sorry that I tried Royvon again after the first time my dog was injured there, accepting their assurances that it was an isolated incident and that they would look after him.
