At CeX we always test the our games to make sure they're 100% functional. We also make sure to quality check the disks to make sure they're suitable for selling. Please know that this was an exceptional case and does not match with our quality expectations.

As we offer a 5 year warranty that can be issued at any CeX store, we have contacted you to the email available at your personal account so we can help you solve this and make sure you're satisfied with your product.
