I canceled an order and agreed to the restocking fee (which is too high anyway) but they never refunded me. I had to chase them for the refund and it is still not resolved.

Poor service, lack of care.

Orderd 4 their own make T-shirts.

First 2 orders were large size which was too small. Next 2 orders were XL t shirts which was to big same like XXL.

Waste of money and time. Don’t think so they know anything about sizing n all. Was my last purchase from them. Never going back again to them.

Recently brought an nba jersey online through there website but after many emails and the contact number not working I am still yet to receive my jersey. Very poor communication and rip off store

I recently bought a product from this store. I decided to return the product and had my return rejected based on damage that I didn't do. I am now asked to pay to have it returned to me. My experience with this store has been terrible from the start. Poor customer service and I'm not even surprised that I had my return rejected. I've dealt with many consignment stores and this one is by far the worst. Avoid dealing with them.

I ordered a $340 pair of Nike dunks online over 2 weeks ago and they have still not arrived I haven’t even been sent any shipping details or anything. I have emailed and called the store many times and still no reply. Can’t help but feel like I’ve been scammed such a waste of money.

The quality of shoes is quite satisfactory and they do have a good collection.
Although, the customer service was an unpleasant experience as the lady in store was being bit racist and rude maybe because she wanted to rush home on a Sunday evening but that’s no way to treat a customer!!

Took 2 weeks to arrive which we felt was too long. Absolutely love the products.

The place is smaller than I thought, there are a lot of good shoes to buy like the Off White X Jordan 5 Retro. Some good hype beast clothing brands like Supreme and Essentials. Sadly the shoe I was planning on buying didn't have my size... *sad face*

I bought a small sized crease protector for size 7 mens jordans and my shoes still got creased. I may have bought too small of a size. The package arrived quick and it was safely packed.
