Extremely disappointing experience and very poor communication.
My order was supposed to arrive on 19 August, but it didn’t arrive until 21 August. At the same time, I was supposed to receive another order, which never arrived — and today is 2 September, and I am still waiting.
The communication has been extremely poor. Nobody gives me a clear answer, nobody calls me back despite promising to do so, and I still have no clear information about when my order will actually arrive.
This is completely unacceptable customer service. I have spent so much time calling and chasing for answers, and I am still left waiting.

Sleeping comfortably

IT was a very bad experience
IT was a very bad experience . I ordered the mattress online on July 1 with promos it will be delivered in 3 days . A week later I called a call center and was promised it will be delivered on July 10 . Nothing happened . I called again on July 14 . And was told some data was missing . I provided the delivery data again . The mattress still did not arrive . Called the center again on July 17 and was told the mattress has been sent from the logistics supplier to the main warehouse . I had to cancel my order by that time . I still did not get my money back !!!! The Pikolin service is very bad !!!!

Had a bad back for a year
Had a bad back for a year, didn’t realize our 6 year old pocket spring mattress had began to fail. Chose a Pikolin because of previous reviews & availability of our 150x200mm requirement delivery. I chose wisely, the firm mattress is superb.

Bought the Pikolin Hotel Limited…
Bought the Pikolin Hotel Limited Edition mattress because it was advertised as firm. After it arrived, found that it was not really firm and my back pain continued, had to return within 7 days.
Good part was the return and refund was relatively smooth, though a bit delayed over Easter.
