Energy efficiency is a useful benefit, although the features are quite basic. It covers the essentials without giving me much beyond that.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED 2 MINI AIR CONDITIONERS. WAITED WEEKS FOR THEM TO ARRIVE. WHEN THEY DID ARRIVE THEY WERE REALLY POOR QUALITY AND WERE PUT BACK IN THE BOXES , UNUSED , TO AWAIT RETURN . YOU CANNOT RETURN WITHOUT PICADEX PERMISSION. I SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS AND ALL I GOT WAS AN AUTOMATED REPLY TO SAY SOMEONE WILL BE IN CONTACT. I USED CLEARPAY TO PAY IN 4 INSTALMENTS AND CLEARPAY PUT A HOLD ON PAYMENTS 3 AND 4 . EVENTUALLY I CONTACTED MY BANK TO RAISE A DISPUTE . PICADEX IS HONG KONG BASED . THEY ALSO SEEM TO OPERATE UNDER USER NAME BEAUTY MIRROR, WHICH I ALSO EMAILED WITH NO RESPONSE . I WISH I HAD READ TRUST PILOTS REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING BUT FOOLISHLY I READ THE WEBSITES REVIEWS. THE 2 FANS WENT INTO THE BIN . IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD

One star because I cannot give zero.
I ordered an air conditioner in July during the heatwave. It is now September, and I have received NOTHING.
The tracking number provided never worked. I have sent numerous emails with no resolution, and now their customer service email is bouncing back.

I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering.
No product. No working tracking. No customer service.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to STAY AWAY from this company.

I am left wondering why they are still able to sell online!

This company is an absolute scam, do not use! Order placed at the beginning of July and despite repeated attempts to contact by email and phone I have heard nothing on the whereabouts or existence of my order. Even when trying to contact the shipping company (using 4PX tracking number) I still have had no reply or acknowledgment

Please do not order from this company. My order arrived severely damaged. Picadex has only 1 mobile number as a contact number. Dodgy. I have rang and WhatsApped them multiple times with no answer. I have emailed this company asking for a refund and to return my order. No answer. This company should not be allowed to trade in the UK.

1 star is too much. It should be - for the service they provide. I ordered 2 fans, they took 2 months to arrive. 1 arrived broken. I contacted the team and had to send them a video. They refused to refund but instead they suggested that they will send a replacement. Another 2 months down the line the replacement has not even been dispatched. I tried emailing but this time they do not respond. Total hoax, do not waste your money

Cooling works fine for everyday use, but I would not describe it as especially powerful. Overall performance feels fairly standard to me.

Scam what you order dosen't turn up and they dont answer emails and you wont get your money back,

Scam! Do not use. The website needs blocking to UK buyers. The website said shipped from Birmingham warehouse with next day Royal Mail. Then get a notice 2 days later that it’s been shipped from China. I complained and advised it’s false advertising. Now two months later, no delivery and no replies to emails. Fraudulent company!

I use it in my home office and it keeps things comfortable enough. Performance is as expected, although there is nothing especially impressive about it.

If this is Picadex.com which I think it is do not buy they pretend to be based in Birmingham but I don’t think they are . Recieved sub standard item box bashed in and control panel faulty . No cool air at all just a heater supposed to give out col air . I have contacted every number and customer service contact they do not reply or send generic reply once they know you want a refund they ignore you . My next step is to get in touch with trading standards as these scammers are taking a lot of money off pple and delivering damaged goods they advertise good customer service but never answer phone or email deliberately . Do not buy !!! Wasted £200 on a piece of £20 junk

Wouldn’t give any stars at all if I could!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THE SCAMMERS!!! £50 for a faulty light that took weeks to come and now they won’t respond at all to any of my emails absolute joke!!! The website needs shut down!!!

I placed an order on 3rd July and, after not hearing anything, started chasing the status around mid-August. According to their website, my order is still showing as “in transit”, with the last update dated 30th July.

I have contacted them multiple times — by email, WhatsApp, and through the contact form on their website — and I have received absolutely no response.

This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Thankfully, the order wasn’t for a large amount of money, but I am now trying to get a refund and have very little confidence that I will actually receive it.

Save yourself the stress and stay away from this company. The complete lack of communication and customer service is absolutely unacceptable.

Has been reliable and keeps the room reasonably even in temperature. Apart from that, I would describe the overall performance as pretty average.

Handy to have during the summer and works reasonably well. Performance feels quite similar to other options I have used, though, so nothing really stands out.

Do not use this company. I had a very bad experience with them. Their customer service is a mobile phone always switched off. Their contact email address either indicates an error message or leaves your query without response. They send you the item and if for any reason you want to return it which is in fact your right they never respond. Do not order from this company who does not abide by the rules of trading.

I ordered an item from Picadex on 12th July to arrive in time for my daughter's birthday. Tomorrow will be the start of September and I have not received anything. Do not order anything from this company, they are scammers.

This is a scam website...the item never arrives and if are lucky to get it ..you will never be able to return the item back ..they never answer the emails....avoid your purchase here.
