I would strongly advise people to avoid DecorsDeluxe.

I paid £242.98 for a 12,000 BTU air conditioner with a hose, only to receive a completely different, significantly cheaper plastic air cooler.

Since then, trying to get my money back has been an absolute nightmare. Their customer service consists of generic, copy-and-paste responses that fail to properly address the issues raised. Despite numerous emails and repeated attempts to resolve the matter, I have been passed from one excuse to another.

They eventually claimed that my full refund had been processed and asked me to allow 7–10 business days. That timeframe has now passed, and I still haven't received a penny.

I have had to seek assistance from the UK International Consumer Centre, escalate disputes and seek legal advice just to try to recover money for a product that was never supplied as advertised.

The amount of time, stress and frustration this company has caused is completely unacceptable.

Think very carefully before ordering from DecorsDeluxe. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding them. I am still fighting to get back the money I am owed.

Looks like they are trying to rebrand or start a side project "elineandvale.com." So watch out for that. Another attempt to try and run away what they owe people.

They will respond to this review telling me to email them and this is how the endless cycle continues. I will not back down and I urge everyone who is owed money not to either. Email them every single day, review them everywhere, seek dispute & legal advice.

Terrible after sales service. They don’t respond and takes a week to get the parcel to the shipping company. Don’t use them if you are not living in China, and certainly not if you live in South Africa. My refund request was ignored as has other follow up emails.

Ordered a pair of waterproof shoes. Only wore a few times in 7 months and found water leak through both shoe. Very misleading product.

I ordered a drive for almost £200. The item was delayed past the day I needed it so
I’ve asked for a refund. All 5 of my emails have been ignored. The item sounds and looks like a cheap version of what I ordered.

I bought a magnetic SSD for my phone from this online store, but the product arrived completely defective and doesn't work at all. I reached out to customer support to request a refund, but they haven't replied to a single message. The customer service is absolutely horrible and non-existent. Save your money and buy somewhere else!

We ordered a product and it never got delivered. customer services never replied, and we have never received a refund. Outrageous.

Do NOT buy anything from them. They will send completely the wrong product, offer no refund and months later will still have your cash. Meanwhile you will have nothing except a red face.

Do NOT fall for it. I regret having anything to do with them

I ordered wall art..on the website it shows the item on a wall above a chair..filling quite a bit of the wall...when it arrived it is tiny..wish I could post photos!

Do not purchase from this website i payed $197 for an air con and i got this crappy looks like a toy plus i need to add ice to this item! If fits on your desk and its only $197. Oh but if you want a refund they make you do the run around to finally tell you we refunded your money. But i never got it so they say check with my bank my bank asks me to ask them for a confirmation slip so they can follow or trace it. But guess what decordeluxe insist they sent it they dont know what bank or account they sent it to. This has been going on 6 months i could have gotten me a real air cond by now but when i say DO NOT BUY FROM DECORDELUXE believe my words if not you’ll regret ever looking at this website!

Don’t order from these people it is a scam/fraud etc. Received 2 cheap garbage Oximeters in the place of blood monitors & they keep promising to send the correct ones. Emails are very seldom answered. This has been going on since the beginning of October. With promise after promise to ship the correct ones. Just a BS company. We are seniors & can not afford to loose this money. They just take advantage of you & move on to the next scam the next customer.Bonnie Tymchuk from Canada.
