Wrong colour x-bands
Unfortunately I ordered 2 PINK x-bands but when they arrived they were PURPLE ( stronger band). I phoned Zoe and she was very polite and said that they would send the correct PINK ones and a return label for the incorrect ones. These arrived a few days later.

I found the Physical Company a lovely company to deal with.
I found the Physical Company a lovely company to deal with. I had a problem with DPD not delivering & was worried I was not going to get my order on time of at all. The Physical Company dealt with the problem swiftly. They contacted DPD but also sent out a 2nd package with FEDX to make sure I did get my order in time for my event.
I was extremely grateful for their promptness and also they cared.
Thank you Physical Company and I would definitely recommend anyone reading this review to do business with them.

Great product, fast delivery
I’ve had a PC resistance band (pink) for years, but wanted a stronger one (purple). It’s a great band and the delivery time was superb - less than 24 hours! Postage cost for such a light item was pretty steep.
I’ve only given 4 stars because finding it on the website was really difficult, and I even ended up browsing using other companies for a similar product. Perhaps it was just me having a senior moment, but such a fundamental item should be quick and easy to locate.
