Non delivery
Ordered flowers as a thank you gift on Wednesday, paid for next day delivery. Emailed eflorist on Saturday to complain that they haven't delivered the flowers and still no response from them. There are plenty of other florists and I would suggest people use them instead of eflorist.

The item you ordered is a postal comes in the post through the Royal Mail and as stated on our website, delivery takes place within 1-2 days.
The website goes on further to say that if delivery times are critical customers should opt for the florist made items over which we have some degree of control regarding the delivery times.
We are very sorry if this was not clear at the point of purchase.
