Petstop.ie provide a great service, the website is user friendly and easy to navigate, with a wide range of products that are reasonably priced for every pets need. The subscribe and save option is useful, so is the reward points scheme. Delivery was next day, so it's all good 😊

Prompt delivery and contact from customer service due to ingredients changing on my dogs food.

Very quick service, but the cats do not engage with play toys at all, not Petstops fault. I think it’s difficult for older cats to play with these. Delivery excellent

Easy to use website, helpful staff if necessary, the only issue is the courier company. DPD have become very unreliable not delivering on the day/time they state etc. Have lodged a complaint with them directly. Petstop itself is great

It’s great to know that I am guaranteed a delivery for nuts for my dogs as it’s very hard to get the brand I need for them where I live, couldn’t be happier. Fast delivery and have a recurring subscription so will get a delivery every 2 weeks, brilliant service.

Very good service and fast delivery

I’ve been using the PetStop online store for several years now, and it’s been fantastic! I have subscriptions set up for all of my dogs’ food as well as my budgies’ food, which means I never have to worry about running out. It’s so convenient and saves those last-minute dashes to the pet shop, only to find the food you need is out of stock.

I’ve also visited my nearest PetStop store a couple of times. The customer service has always been friendly and helpful, which is a big plus. The only downside was the budgie food selection—it was quite limited, with only the basic options available. I’d love to see a wider range of bird food in-store.

I’ve been shopping at Petstop for the last 10 plus years last week in a heatwave I found cool coats with 50% off and next day delivery highly recommend
