I purchased the PassFab Android and iPhone Unlocker tools on August 9, 2026, expecting them to function as advertised. Instead, the software consistently freezes and fails at 50% completion every single time I attempt to use it.

Key Issues:
Faulty Software: The program fails mid-process (stuck at 50%) and is entirely unusable.
Misleading Guarantee: PassFab clearly advertises a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on their website, yet when requesting a refund within days of purchase, support delays the process by demanding excessive back-and-forth information.
Poor Support Resolution: Rather than processing a immediate refund for defective software under their policy, customer service creates roadblocks.
Conclusion: Save your money. The software does not deliver on its promises, and getting a refund under their "money-back guarantee" is an exercise in frustration. Do not recommend.

If i could leave no stars i would This company is trying to give me only 50% of a refund for a product that didn't work and my refund request was made within 5 days and then was asked to try several things and i did but still failed and now they only want to pay me a 50% refund for a failed product as I was told because of the global financial issue but that's not my problem. Do not use these guys use any other company these guys rip you off

The product does NOT Unlock/Bypass an Apple ID remaining in a used purchase Iphone. (Nor do its Rivals). Even the Passfab Website is very difficult to negotiate.
The only use was to remove the Screen passcode on Iphone. (and then find an Apple user ID block!). Its a big waste of money and your precious time. DO NOT PURCHASE! Contacting Apple is the only (Possible?) way to remove user ids. Lucky Passfab did cancel my future subscriptions. C W

It really does work. I wish that the license didn't expire until you used all of your available devices that would be great bc I might not have ten devices to unlock at once. But other then that 6 out of 5

I wish i could give negative stars. This "product" is a sham. Does NOT provide anything of substance. All information given by this "product" can be obtained through youtube videos. Stay far away.

I've had the android and iPhone software from PassFab for almost a year now and it has worked better than I honestly expected

wasted my life using this software i lost so much money dealin with this...spent 30$ and 6 hours of my life worth 360$ trying to unlock a phone with a software that just plays with ur emotion and makes you spend an additional 10$ to buy a wire that itself does nothing.....DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP IS ALL PLACEBO
