I love my charms showered plenty times with jewelry and no fading

Bought lots of items for my daughter thinking something she could enjoy for years, but little after a month the bracelet and charms started to tarnish discolour and turn black. Thought maybe was just one colour be faulty, but no all the items are the same poor quality turn black stain ur skin, and clothes. When I emailed them explaining the problem they don’t care it’s outside the 30 days! Very unhappy customer will never do business with them again… one star is too much poor quality

They claim their charms are made of 925 silver. My charm had even 925 engraving. Turned out to be a scam as after some time silver paint went away and exposed copper like metal looking ugly now.
When asked for a refund they answered that there was only 30 days warranty!!!!
I purchased it almost two years ago for my daughter and just couldn’t see it until she took it off.
If it’s sterling silver it has to remain sterling silver after two years.

Not worthy of 1 star! Ordered 3 Charms all with different photo but got 3 Charms of the same photo, they say I only sent one pic, but you can't add a photo charm to the basket without uploading a pic, and the engraving name I wanted was on, but wrong photo.
Tried to get some assistance from customer service but just get the same automated email back
No help whatsoever wished I had never used this awful place!

First, my mistake. I thought I was ordering from Pandora. I received order and one of the charms does not fit my pandora bracelet . I have to pay shipping charges to return charm. The shipping address is China! It will cost me to return it as much as I paid for charm ! The charms are extremely small ! I would never order again! Don’t make my mistake !

Do not use. I mistakenly ordered thinking it was pandora. When I returned the product, I had to pay to ship it to china from the UK.

Two months later, it's in customs in china for the second time.

Total scam. Do not use

NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I purchased a bracelet with quite a few charms in the month of June the same day that I received them I contacted customer service to request a refund. I received instructions on how to send it back. I have sent it back as of July 3, 2026. It states that it is in China at their facility. I have been requesting a refund since then it has been well over six weeks and they still keep giving me the same exact message stating they will let me know when they receive it and I know they have received it. I will not recommend anyone shopping from them. This feels like they are stealing my money and they have their product zero stars never buy from them! I’m still waiting on my refund and will contact my attorney.

Still waiting and very concerned re what I've ordered as like everyone looks like I've also feel for a scam.
I sent a request asking where they were located as I was actually looking online on Australian sites and they popped up.
I also was on google looking only for Pandora not imitation Pandora?
I still am waiting package still in transit written in Chinese coming from USA? but via China? Ffs this place needs major investigation.
You pay extra for fast freight and still 3 weeks like f sake.
I am sick and cant afford bullshit theives ripping me or all of us off.
I bet the physical address is fake too. Has anyone been to the address on their website?

I would love to give ZERO stars for this site! Let me preface with, I absolutely thought I was ordering from Pandora, as it was the first site that popped up on Google- that was my fault. When I realized it, it was too late to cancel the order, so I thought, well, I will give them a try. They DO NOT fit on my Pandora bracelet, so I requested a return. These were shipped off in early March, only to sit in customs in China for MONTHS. They just showed back up on my doorstep (in Aug) with a return label with no reason checked. When I emailed the company, they said these are now outside their return window and will not honor any kind of refund or return!! So now I am stuck with $250 worth of Chinese crap!

I ordered charms that I thought I was ordering from Pandora. But even so the three charms I got were such a disgrace I had to throw them out. One was tarnished one broke in my hand when I opened it and the other was not as it looked in the picture. This is misleading. The metal is not Sterling and it's cheap and they won't give you your money back. Buyers beware and stay away. Be sure you're reading Pandora that's what you want. And if you think you're getting something equal you are not!

Very disgusting service and they have intentionally made the website presentation similar to pandora to confuse the customers. NEVER BUY from them.

Probably the worst company I have dealt with. Placed order 2 weeks ago and still no communication. I have requested order to be cancelled and money refunded.

It started off ok but the quality is terrible the silver started pealing off .id avoid it

The firefly pendant leads you to believe that the writing on the tag will say “your“ but in reality it says “you “so the tag makes no sense at all. This is a misrepresentation of this item and I’m pretty sure they knew that this would be misleading.

Terrible rubbish ! Don’t waste your money …… thought I was ordering through Pandora not this band of crooks !!! My bad should have checked before I paid it was the real deal …. Expensive mistake to make just received the charms !!! Heading for the bin !!!
Buyer beware!

I went through the same horrible experience trying to buy my daughter's 21st birthday charms. I Googled Pandora Ireland and clicked on the first site that came up thinking it was Pandora not realising it was Pangama Jewellery. The whole experience felt very legit. At checkout they even had my full address and card details! As I had bought from Pandora before I thought all was ok. Only after finishing the transaction did I realise my mistake. Sent an email to cancel the order immediately but I expect to receive a not possible to cancel email back. If they do sent it I'll also have to pay 3 Euro on each item because it will be coming from outside the EU! I also contacted my bank but because it was an online purchase they cannot reverse it even when still uncleared. They recommended to lodge a dispute which I did so the bank will contact Pangama as well. Pandora should really do something about this to ensure that the official site comes up first when one Google Pandora.

Cheaply made don't spend your money on their products. Too costly to ship back. Try to trick you thinking you are purchasing Pandora. Waste of money and energy.

Arrival very late after a few emails. Items were nice however.

I srill have not received all my order andi has beenOne month One package came wtih only half the order and it still has not been shipped. Dont know if the charms will be ok because I have not given them to the people they wer intedned.ordered June 18
