I ordered two rings from Jeulia. The first band was supposed to have medium/dark pink stones as they were portrayed on their website plus in the photo on the order confirmation. The ring I received has stones so light in colour, you can barely see them. I had reached out to them on several occasions about resolving this issue. They wanted initially to charge a 35% restocking fee deductible from either a refund or replacement ring. I did not agree to this since it wasn’t a change of mind on my part, but because their product failed to live up to what they advertised. They then reduced restocking fee to 20%. Why should there be a restocking fee at all for something that did not meet what was advertised? I emailed that I wanted a full refund or credit towards a different ring upon receiving my return. They have literally ‘ghosted’ me and will not respond to my emails. It’s been two weeks now. I see how they are responding to critical comments on this forum by saying to reach out to them. That is for all for show, making themselves look like they are eager to help. Do not order from this company! Their customer service is deplorable. Hey Jeulia, my order number is JECA3366626. If i could give a zero rating i would, worst customer service dont reply too emails, be better off ordering from Temu they dont reply too refund emails honest do not buy from them

They offer you half a refund not a full one warning too others read reviews before purchasing, the only way they respond is if you put a bad review up. Pretty shocking

Beautiful pieces at affordable prices

The rings we bought are so low quality it's not even funny. Then to top it off, we found them on AliExpress for a fraction of what we paid. Just another rip-off drop shipper. Don't waste your time or money.

Heres the actual reply, where they asked me to remove the review:

The experience was okay. But the prices were good. I hope the ring fits when it arrives and i hope it's not a scam. My card kept trying to decline my purchase due to suspicious activity so that was a pain in the butt and then the price changed and went up right before i checked out. So i didn't really like that either.

I was under the impression that the month of my birthday i would get $30 off a purchase since I have diamond status. I really like your jewelry. I've bought a bit of it. The only part that gets frustrating is your "tracking" of the orders is pretty nonexistent.
