The customer service is great! I got very fast and friendly replies to all of my emails. All of the questions that I had, got answered.

The only reason I don't give full 5 stars is that even though I sent my emails in English, at times I was replied to in Dutch, and I don't speak Dutch. Fortunately Google translate did a good job, so I still got all the answers I needed. Some replies I did get in English.

I haven't bought my Poopy Nova Pro yet so I can't review it yet, but as soon as I get one, I definitely will! Now just waiting for the English website/store to get scent pods added there, so I could include them in my order.

I spend over 500 euros and all i got was cat litter. They didn't even send the machine. Nobody answers emails and nobody answers their WhatsApp help line. Bad service bad everything

The litterbox guard and other components keeps falling off, the sand within the litterbox spills over my entire bathroom even when the guard is there. It is loud. The lid keeps opening after I lock it in, and sometimes I have to check if the lid is closed multiple times and it still opens. Pee and sand leaks beneath the machine too. However the basic function is there so 2 stars.

We have been using the Poopy since may 2025. Unfortunately as we have paid a steep amount of money in this we have been stubborn to try and make it work. It was advertised stuitable for large cats but please note that our 6.5kg european short hair does not fit in this. Because of that, our cat often ends up pooping or urinating in such a way that it leaks outside. The entrance is too low and when our cat goes inside he is unwilling to spend enough time to rotate and try to do his business properly. We tried re-training our cat but it did not work and it's not his fault this toilet is too small. We paid 250€ last year and that is why we insist on trying to use the poopy but ultimately we will be switching back to a normal litter as we are fed up from wiping urine off the floor and our entire appartment stinking.

Update:

Poopy recently sent me a new replacement machine, and I wanted to update my review. So far, my experience has been much better than before.

The machine is performing significantly better, and I appreciate that Poopy followed up on my case and worked toward a solution. There is still some litter leakage when my cat uses the machine, but I believe part of the issue may be that my cat is quite large and would benefit from a bigger litter box with more space.

While I still think there is room for improvement, especially for larger cats, I am happy with the latest update and the effort Poopy made to address my concerns. I will continue testing the machine, but at this point my experience is much more positive than it was when I originally wrote this review.

Poopy is the best. I had some problems with the floor and my problem was solved quickly and attentively.
Very happy with Poppy and I recommend her to everyone with cats at home.

We got ours (Nano 2) in August-September, it was a pack of litterbox and fountain. We have 2 male cats (brothers, 4 y.o.) who always used the same litter box with no problems, however it was an open one.
After 3 months of use I can't say it made our life easier.
Not only is this litterbox genuinely loud, which our cats still can't get used to, but it's actually quite small. For two British shorthair of around 6kg it's a hassle to get in and out and use it comfortably. Which after one months resulted in one of the cats only 💩 outside of it, no matter how frequently you clean it and change the bag.
They also started fighting almost every day, and according to our vet it's due to them not being able to use the litterbox properly, and she thinks it will get worse. So we had to whip out our old open litterbox again to set it next to poopy, and 'minder scheppen' became 'meer scheppen' 🥲 so I'm not sure that's a great solution for a multiple cat household and small apartments.
Setting it on 'do not disturb' at night resulted in many quite unhappy accidents, so we now have to wake up from the noise after it cleans after one of our boys, multiple times a night.
I was really excited when we bought it, really looked forward to having such a life saver in our home, but for me it is not a good buy, unfortunately. The possibility of sending it back after 2 months seemed like a safe option, but the problems came after this term.
A bit jealous of the glowing reviews of other users, but it's not our experience, unfortunately.

The concept is great but not all parts of the machine are top quality, one is already damaged after 2 weeks in use.

Super. Just a point.. it said that inside of the box was the water fountain and it was not.. just the toilet.. but the toilet super good

Not so loud. Keep it fresh. My cat loves it. Will buy another one again.
