Very happy with our purchase

Very happy with our purchase. No more cleaning messes as we had to do with the conventional litter box . The app is user-friendly and setting it up was very easy. Overall a great device and highly recommended!

Edited : DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

After the cat toilet was eventually delivered, following delay after delay and no customer service to speak of, my cats used it for approximately 2 months before it started leaking, within the machine. Every time the drum turned, it was covering the outside of the drum with pee and poo. It absolutely stank, just like the manager's attitude. This company will take your money, then refuse to help, when help is needed.
I would like to edit my review to say that, once again, they have lied. They have not made contact with me at all.

It is a great product

It is a great product! Mike loves it!

It takes a day or two for your cat to inspect and get used to it, but we were surprised and relieved that Mike went in on his own time last night... Cleaning wothout the hassle!

Do not trust reviews here!

So here I am changing the review I wrote last night. We bought it for our 4 months old kitten who weighs about 2.2 kilo. We were then sent an email to review it in exchange for 2 free rolls of toilet paper. The customer service who wrote to us was HORRIBLE. HE COULDNT FIND THIS REVIEW AND WAS VERY RUDE ABOUT IT IN THE MAIL!! Well keep your garbage bags to yourself then.

Unit is complicated

Unit is premium, delivery was on time as indicated and I look forward to seeing how well it works over time .

Okay so this is super complicated and the instructions are not clearly written. The images are also blurry and yeah who thought a litter box could be so complex… I don’t know how to use this thing, calibration is off and there is no simple video instruction on how this thing works.. not happy so far

I am happy with this

I am happy with this . The good thing is that you don t have to clean anymore only you choose the time when will be cleaned or you can do this automatically. This cat toilet is like ‘’must be’’ especially when you are not at home or you are on holiday.😊

The product is absolutely not worth its…

The product is absolutely not worth its price and causes serious problems: instead of functioning properly, the whole box fills up with feces. I have photos as evidence.

It saves me a lot of time and helps me…

It saves me a lot of time and helps me a lot, way less litter falls out and my cats loved it instantly!
And the deodorizer is just an amazing feature! I always suffered with the smell and now it’s gone🥰

Comfortable Cat litter box

I have 3 cats. So its always complicated to train them to use new litter boxes. With this, the opening is quite big and my cats instantly got used to it.
