Surf Inc were helpful and understanding when I needed to have my package reshipped by DHL.

No response from customer service. 2 emails thus far and nothing. Their Instagram also does not respond to questions. My returns is missing and they're ghosting.

Still nothing from customer service and returns still has not been processed. Honestly, avoid this company if you value customer support. Even when I recieved the item too small for me, I tried to contact support to arrange an exchange but I was also ignored then.

Finally my refund is processed. 14 days from the date of postage, no word from customer service. Thank goodness, I'm done with this company.

Edit: in response to the company - i sent this package from Belgium, not outside the EU. Furthermore, this does excuse your non-existent customer service. You are not reachable by email which is your ONLY form of contact. Horrendous.

Absolutely love this brand! The clothes are super comfortable, durable, and just look amazing. The artist collaborations are such a cool touch, every design feels unique and has its own vibe. You can really tell they care about making quality pieces that last, while staying true to their sustainability values. I already have a few things from them, and they've all become favorites in my wardrobe. It's the kind of brand that makes you feel good about what you're buying. Surf Inc has the best quality clothes! Over the years, I’ve purchased several items - t-shirts, hoodies, long sleeves. The quality and design is amazing, those items will stay with me for years :) Always looking forward to new collections! Proud of such a great polish brand!

Surf inc helped me out with my refund that got returned to me due to the parcel being damaged. They kindly helped with the refund again by sending me a
Postage paid label and also processing the refund for me before it had returned. They also gave me a £50 voucher for the hassle.

I have wrote them 3 emails with a question but not 1 is awnsered. We are 3 weeks further.. would not buy. If somebody goes wrong nobody will help you. Too bad, because i wanted to buy some stuff. The size charts are weird and I did not unserstand what size to buy. Simpel question imo:p

I like this brand! They have a great selection of unique & comfortable clothing. I ordered a longsleeve to try, and just ordered the same one again because I love the color and fit. For me comfort is very important and the fabric feels soft enough.

They respond quickly to e-mails & do what they say they will do.

The longsleeve looked exactly like the picture on the website and matched the description they write for every article. So there were no surprises, which I appreciate.

So if you are looking for something comfortable, but still artistic/beautiful/expressive, I can recommend this brand.

I love the clothes from this store. I love the materials and the styles. Everything is perfect until you have to return something. They don't have any agreement with a delivery company so you have it to send yourself (and pay for it) to one of their warehouses. Then it goes to their warehouse in Poland. It's pricey and a long process.
Just to clarify, at the moment of this comment an item still haven't been delivered to their final warehouse so I can't comment on the refund process.
An update: 27 of Jan the parcel was returned to us. Seems like nobody picked it up at their warehouse in Vienna. So we spent around 15 EUR for the unsuccessful logistics.
Final update: Surf Inc issued a return label through UPS and the item was successfully returned and the refund received.
We initially returned it via GLS to their Vienna warehouse which didn't work.

All clothes came on time, well packed and the quality of them if decent!

I love this brand ! I have a lot of t-shirt. Quality and style ! ❤️
The price may be expensive but you keep this clothes for life ! It s not fast fashion.
Return is easy and refund is always done in time.
The website is really cool. The clothes often change. There is promo code several time on a year.
