Extremely bad experience. The default when you order a dog hair remover is to tick a box ordering 2. Luckily I checked payment and was able to rectify, however when product finally arrived it was half the size and not at all as effective as their marketing video showed. I suspect they used AI to create the appearance of this hair remover working wonders. The product is completely useless and overpriced by 500%.

Im just surprised really.. Out of all these comments and reviews it cant be a coincidence that all of them are bad. An not one single person reicived their purchase!

Yet a few obviously AI generated reviews attempting to sound human gave all 5 stars!..Really?! Even when even the internet is saying scam stay away!lol Anyway l was fortunate to check them out before doing anything else, so l thought ld put it up here, in hopes to do the same...

Why do I always forget to read the reviews before I buy these products? This brush sucks. It definitely is not for black hair. Maybe a $40 toy for Barbie hair, but not for real hair. And they tried to charge me $123 for a $40 order. I never did get a response back from customer service and their phone numbers don't work. Amazon has a $29 brush that works really good for black hair. I contacted the bank, told them the issue and they refunded me.

This company is a disgusting scam! I ordered an Electric spray retractable brush and it took approximately a month to come! I was about to call the bank and dispute the charge! The brush itself is not as advertised! There is a small hole to put a little bit of water in it so it ran out easily!!! I thought it would take more water!! It lets out of steam and doesn’t heat up! How will hair be straightened without heat?!! It won’t straighten on steam alone!! It does not straighten hair and I confirmed that they are using AI FOR ADVERTISEMENT!!! Buyers beware!!

I ordered the electric spray retractable air cushion comb. I ordered one and received 4. I tried to use it but it doesn't get warm or hot. In the ads, it straightened the hair by brushing through it. The instructions was lacking and I am wondered why you people falsely advertise your product.

Purchased Wall plugs. After putting in card information, the website added their largest bag to my order for an additional $99. I immediately requested a stop to the order and sent 10 emails to customer service, not one response. Received product 4 weeks after purchase, emailed again to return product and still no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I have not received my order. Customer Service never answered my emails. Tracking says order not found tracking did work 1 time and it had my order in a town near me and went to New Jersey. The order was taken out of my bank account.WHERE IS MY ORDER?

This company is a joke, they will not respond to emails. I try to cancel an order 2 minutes after I received a email thanking me for an order I didn’t place. The add I was watching on Facebook advertising 50% off plus free shipping. They charged me shipping and protection fee. They took funds out of my account. I sent them 10 emails no response. Joke company, run away do not deal with this company.
