I love Stitch Fix! I have been using them for any years now. I love getting four boxes a year went to summer spring fall. I always find something that I love and I can communicate with a stylist, but I don’t like and they listen!

Such an easy pleasant customer experience. Feels personalized and meets my needs.

I’ve had 3 Stitch Fix “Fixes”. The process for ordering, delivery, and returns worked very smoothly, just as they said it would. I’ve kept at least two of the items from each box, though I had imagined I’d keep more. Quality is good to excellent. They’re pretty good at picking things according to what I’ve told them. And yes, the more you can tell them about what you like, the better. But it was fun to try on some things I never would have picked for myself. Feels so good to modernize my clothing! Prices were higher than I expected. But I guess that’s the price you pay for not having to go shopping yourself.So it’s worth it. Also, was easy to change the frequency of my “Fixes”

The shipping is crazy fast. I have gotten so many things outside my normal range and love them! ♥️

I enjoyed the selections. The options. And the easy returns. Looking forward to my next fix as you get to know my style better. I’m very pleased with the sizing and fit on every article. all the selections remained within my budget. Items were a good quality.

Nice pants, top, dress and jacket arrived. The pants and one top fit. The others I sent back because they either didn’t fit or I didn’t like.
Willing to try a few more times to see if they learn my size and taste.

I like how different folks pick clothing out for you. Some of it works, some not, as i have something similar or it doesn't sit right on me. Its all good. Quality of the clothing is almost always great

I love that clothes are shipped to my home where I can keep what I love and return what I don’t - all with free shipping. The selection is endless. They also offer freestyle to shop on the app. I pay yearly to receive multiple shipments with no styling fee and the subscription fee is credited to a future purchase so it’s basically free. I absolutely LOVE Stitch Fix.

The website is easy to navigate through customer service was quick to respond. I was able to take care of all my questions.

I am thinking that this company is just not for me! Recommendations are just not what I have chosen as things that I would like in any of my feedback!

Just not impressed with my stylists picks at all

I like how they ask for feedback on clothes . I like they offer a stylist to put outfits together.I love the shipping bag to send clothes back ..it’s fun and easy outfits to wear just a easy way to look stylish..

Love Stitch fix. The pieces are quality material and the convenience is what makes it so ideal for me and my family.

I received one shipment from StitchFix and loved everything in it. However, they were continually messaging me and sending me photos and solicitations to buy. That did not please me, so I cancelled my subscription.

Communication is excellent! Returns are easy and manageable thanks to the preprinted label and shipping bag that comes with the items!
Clothing choices are spot on to the original request that I made. I am realizing that I need to make changes to my profile, to aid in getting the right size pants.

The stylist was helpful. Gave many different ideas for outfits. Sizes were too size.
