Upgraded from the XX Follow to the Q Carbon and the quality of material is a game changer. It also seems to have a more responsive remote and follow mode. It is obviously more compact for the trunk. I... See more

About Stewart Golf
When you choose to play with a Stewart Golf caddie, you're not just choosing another piece of equipment, you're choosing Great British manufacturing; over 20 years of market leading innovation; game-changing technology and a dedicated US-based Customer Care centre.
Every Stewart Golf caddie is meticulously built by hand at our Great British headquarters, before being shipped and distributed from our facility in Reno, NV. Our United States head office can be found in Houston, Tx.
Changing How The World Plays Golf
In October 2003, Stewart Golf launched the X1 Remote. The world's first electric golf caddie developed specifically for remote control use.
Fast forward 20 years and this core concept - that golf should be played with zero ties to your equipment, so you can fully appreciate your surroundings and focus entirely on your game - still guides us. The introduction of Follow technology in 2014 set Stewart Golf apart from the crowd, fast becoming known in the golf industry as The Leader In Follow. This technology offers golfers everywhere a unique hands-free experience, allowing them to completely disconnect from their equipment, focus on their game and save energy for when it matters most.
We've been selling golf caddies in the USA almost as long as we've been building them. In 2015 we made the decision to establish our own business there to help build awareness of walking golf, and of course our own dream machines. Stewart Golf LLC was born and now golfers across all 50 states are experiencing the freedom of follow for themselves.

I bought a Stewart X10 Follow in 2022, 6 months later a right wheel pin fell out of the back wheel; by May 2023, I had to replace the remote because it stopped working; a year later, I had to buy an X Series main support (holds the bag), then I had to buy an X Series rear cover (which cracked). In addition, I have had to replace the back wheels 3x since 2022 and front wheels. Also the cart alignment messed up, it will not travel straight. Finally, the X Series handle just broke completely off last week. I am an avid golfer, take great care of my equipment, have not been extra hard, on this cart, this cart just doesn't seem to hold up well for daily golfing and the course terrains. I just replaced the remote this year also.
Signed, a frustrated cart owner

Sent my Vertx in for service, attempted to line up service with a planned vacation. It took more than three business days just to get an email shipping label. No one at Stewart ever replied to email request for status. Process took more than three weeks and I question if service was ever performed.

Paid ~$3,674 for an "Approved Refurbished" Q Follow (SGUSA29677). Arrived scratched, grass and dust in the battery bay, Bluetooth/light module dangling loose, would not power on, and another customer's pen was still inside. Prior remote handset order (SGUSA29202) also took three weeks and a refund. I've emailed detailed photos and requested refund or replacement — replies are canned Zendesk templates. No phone voicemail, chat is an AI bot. Still no refund. Do you really want to go with an experience like this?
Update: Stewart Golf made this right. I got hold of a representative, and they replaced the cart with a new one at no charge. They also acknowledged that the situation should have been handled better, which I appreciated.
The original experience was frustrating, but their willingness to step up, replace the unit, and acknowledge the service failure has changed my view. I have cooled down considerably, and it is the kind of response that makes me willing to come back to them as a customer.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I bought a remote six weeks ago, but three weeks later, they informed me that they couldn’t find it in stock and refunded my money. I then decided to purchase a refurbished golf cart, but when I received it, I was shocked to find that the grass stains and other damage were still present. The cart was also heavily nicked, broken, chipped, and in poor condition. This was an absolutely horrible experience, and I’m curious to see where they get their products from, given my negative experience.

I purchased the Q Follow at a premium price expecting a premium experience. What I received was a defective unit and the most frustrating customer service I have ever encountered. The cart arrived defective and unusable. What followed was a series of interactions with multiple Stewart Golf representatives — none of whom had the authority or ability to actually resolve my issue. AJ, by his own admission, can only relay messages to others and has no power to issue a return label or process a refund. Even after their Customer Care Manager Nathan reached out, no action has been taken. Carlie confirmed the unit was defective and, after reviewing a video of the erratic and uncontrollable movement of the cart and photos confirming the remote was correctly wired, arranged for the defective unit to be returned to Stewart for inspection while shipping me a replacement. I agreed to this plan. I have not received any communication from Carlie since. Days later I am still waiting, still following up, and still without resolution. At this point, I just want a return shipping label and a full refund. If you are considering the Q Follow or any Stewart Golf product, I strongly urge you to think carefully. A premium price tag should come with premium support. If something goes wrong — and it can with any product — you need to know the company will stand behind it. Stewart Golf has not stood behind their product or their promises. I would give zero stars if I could.

Totally Satisfied with everything purchased so far. I have purchased the Vertx Trolley, Cooler Bag, and a Cooler Bottle holder. The cooler Bag and Bottle holder are well made and expensive!
The Trolley is great! Takes hills with ease, up, down, sideways!

What I thought was going to be a bad experience has turned out to be a phenomenal one. I bought a refurbished unit and right away had problems with it. After talking with support for a few days, they wanted the refurbished unit back and are sending me a brand new one. So do not ever have a fear dealing with Stuart. They are a fantastic company.

I ordered new wheels, upper and lower bag straps for my 3 year old Q Follow. Service was easy, quick and they offered how to instructions. I always have received great service from Sterwart golf.

Had old model parts in stock and did a great job of shipping and sending YouTube instructions. Thank you

My cart was making a strange noise that sounded like it was coming from one of the gear boxes. Sent it in for the Premier Q service and am delighted with their quick diagnosis, replacement of damaged parts (some free, some at minimal cost), and return shipping, all for a very reasonable price. Customer Service was VERY responsive via email (Carlie and Ellie - TY), and they even sent a video of the cart after completing all its repairs. It now looks totally new again - thank you Stewart Golf!

I bought a refurbished Vertx Remote Trolley and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for offering refurbished carts for sale. That’s a great value. It appears to be in excellent condition, including the battery, and comes with a 2-year warranty. I’ve been walking the course with push carts and power-assisted carts for years over hundreds of rounds. This is my first remote controlled trolley and it appears to be as stable and durable as they claim, moreso than any other I’ve used. Loving it so far for the first ten rounds.

Stuart golf recently refurbished my V1 Q Follow. They did a lot of improvements and updates to my extremely well used and loved cart. The service was extremely thorough and they updated and upgraded a lot of components and really went above and beyond in their approach to communication and customer service. Stewart Golf is a very high brand with quality products that they stand behind years after the initial purchase.

I purchased the Q Follow and the initial experience was very frustrating. There is a definite learning curve, which I don’t think is clearly explained for a product at this price point.
My biggest disappointment was customer support. I tried reaching out multiple times by email and phone and never received a response. For something this expensive, I expected much better support.
The cart itself can be finicky. If your bag is too heavy or not balanced properly, it can stop or “choke.” You also have to be extremely careful to keep both the cart and the remote fully charged. If the remote battery dies, there is no backup option, and you’re left pushing a very heavy cart for the rest of the round.
Over time, I’m slowly getting used to how it works, but it took far more trial and error than expected. For the amount of money you’re paying, clearer instructions, better customer support, and a more forgiving design would make a big difference.
My advice to potential buyers is to understand the learning curve, be mindful of bag weight and charging habits, and make sure you fully understand the return policy before purchasing.

The trolley is amazing, workability, handling, speed, durability so far, only used the machine twice. There are some design issues in particular with the compartment below the trolley’s handle, the compartment is too small, so small that the only thing that fits inside is a scorecard and maybe a pencil. I went from a push cart that was equipped with a compartment that was big enough to store my wallet, keys, and cell phone. I recently purchased the umbrella attachment and I’m curious to see how the trolley will react during the hot summer months. The trolley has some weight distribution issues, I purchased a method golf accessories bracket for my cell phone and rangefinder and the trolley tilts back to the wheelie bars. Maybe that’s why the trolley is designed without the much needed accessories.

Stewart Golf exceeded every expectation. Their support team listened, responded quickly, and delivered far more than I asked for. It’s rare to find a company that stands so firmly behind their products and their customers. Absolutely outstanding experience.
