Quick delivery & good quality
Quick delivery, well packed. I'am happy with the quality, surprised it is real leather (dark brown). Some small parts are chromed plastics, but that's fine. I bought the Alberto (Eames EA 217 (soft pad) replica) to test and will probably buy 2 extra. Nice to have both the wheels and glides for under the chair.

Walnut “Noguchi” table

Purchased Noguchi style coffee table. The product in general is pleasing to the eye, but contrary to the manufacturer's statement, the base rather than wooden seems to be of a plastic style composite material. Delivery took several follow ups with the shipper. The product was packed very well.

We are very happy with our purchase from Stefano Design! We ordered the Eames Lounge chair and ottoman, and it arrived very well packaged, with clear instructions (delivery took about a month but we live outside of mainland Europe so it's understandable). Throughout the process communication with Stefano Design was very good, we got quick replies to all our questions.

The delivery with DHL was quite a mess
The delivery with DHL was quite a mess. They delivered 2 times not as we agreed and when the bed was delivered yesterday the package was very dirty and damaged! Fortunately it did not cause any damage to the bed. That is great and I already love it!

I was really sceptical in the beginning.
I was really sceptical in the beginning. I was buying an office chair for my business but gave the wrong e-mail adress so I contacted their helpdesk via Whatsapp. In the morining they emediately replied and provided me with the Invoice for my order. A few weeks later my chair arived and I was able to trace where the deliverie service was the entire time they were on the way. The chair was packed nicely and I was flabbergasted by the quality. I was expecting not much for that price but the quality was really really good. Nice brown thick leather and it even had a small metal sticker at te bottem with the Stefano Design logo. Nice experience and if I ever get a bigger house I need to get me one of those Aemes lounge chairs.
